I did my egg retrievals and my first FET in Pittsburgh. I moved back to Michigan, and needed a clinic near me to do my second FET.nThe office took my Progyny infertility insurance which was one of the deciding factors in choosing the clinic.nnI had to ship my embryos from Pittsburgh to Michigan, and the clinic and embryo lab made the process seamless. I did my pre-FET testing with Dr Budrys, and had a great experience. My surgery went well, and I was happy with the results. I had several weird problems, and the clinic was always quick to call back and figure out what to do.nnI had my FET in January, and it went smoothly and without stress. They gave me a picture of my embryo, and had a nice cozy robe to wear for the actual transfer.nnEvery appointment was on-time, and I never had any delays due to clinic staff messing stuff up. They accommodated my tight schedule, and made the process easy. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone pursuing infertility/IVF treatment.nnThey are very organized (unlike my experience with another local IVF chain). Prompt/clear communication.

I did several rounds of treatment under Dr. Budrys. She was flexible and open to my suggestions/also tweaked my plan every few cycles to optimize our chances to conceive. The supporting staff of receptionists, medical assistants, nurses, and lab techs were incredible and always so kind. We had a few losses but on our eighth round of treatment we finally had success! Our baby girl is two weeks old tomorrow. I’ll be seeking care from Dr. Budrys again when we are ready to start trying for our second child!!

First time IVF and it is a success!! Excellent fertility clinic- professional, clean, comfortable, and everyone there are so sweet and caring. Dr. Budrys is just awesome; she explains every procedure thoroughly so we understand what is going on and answers all our questions. She always makes time for us even for after hour calls (8pm and on holidays) when I was bleeding or I had a question about the medication. I can always expect a call back from a nurse the next day if I leave a voice mail. They treat you like family not a customer. I will be back for future IVF babies. Thank you for taking care of me.
