My wife and I did reciprocal IVF with KindBody STL. The doctors and nurses were PHENOMENAL. I can’t emphasize that enough. The front desk and billing department need a serious and thorough review. I am writing this review a year after starting treatment with the clinic. We now have a 2 week old beautiful baby girl thanks to the doctors and nurses at KindBody. Unfortunately our happiness is tainted by the incompetence of the billing department that appears to not have a clue what they’re doing. They’re saying we owe thousands… but then agreed the procedure wouldn’t have been completed if we owed thousands. What sense does that make? Apparently halfway through our experience the billing was switched to a new system and now we are suffering the consequences of those glitches. We’ve asked numerous times for a review of our payments and we get the runaround. We are so grateful for our baby girl and plan to do another round of IVF with our stored embryo but are seriously considering a new clinic based solely on this ongoing billing nightmare. If someone from KindBody, who actually has a clue, sees this and wants to contact me please do!

Chelsea was AMAZING! She was the only one who could get a vein for the procedure! Her patience and diligence was incredible pre and post procedure. Thank you to the whole team and a special THANK YOU to Dr. Anderson! I know I was a tough case but she took her time to figure it all out. All of the staff were professional and very sweet. The Nurse Practitioner that did my ultrasound exam was very informative on what she was doing at all times and asked how I was doing several times through the exam. Everything seemed very clean. The lobby was extremely nice and beautifully decorated as well..

My experience at Kindbody has been nothing but wonderful. The whole team has been so personal and have been incredibly helpful during this process, all while remaining so kind. Emily was great during our information sessions and provided information that was clear and easy to understand. Dr. Rhee was amazing and really walked us through all of our options. On the day of my retrieval, my nurse Chelsea was so kind and personable and made a nerve wrecking day much less scary. The whole team has been quick to respond to any message I send, and I just have nothing but great things to say about the clinic!.

With Kindbody, I want to say that the front desk is amazing job at communicating with the patient. I believe my experience was so bad because they changed doctors in the middle of my treatment. I don’t want to say don’t go to them because I believe that they do a good job for many people. Just keep in mind IVF is like like going to a restaurant figuring out what fits best for you goes on your own expectations. Keep in mind I do not recommend IVF to anyone who doesn’t have the strength to go through. It will be one of the hardest things you’ll ever go through, but I promise it will be worth it. The thing I did not like is them calling me on Christmas Eve when I preferably put in my notes During the holiday month of December because we have a lot of birthdays and Christmas to worry about. They call me when my kids around they got Weren’t gonna tell them they were having a new baby until after they was born. As a parent, I want to do what’s best for my children. I wish I would’ve gotten the respect. But I’m not gonna follow them on that one mistake I just That you should go with whoever you feel safest with. I have a lot of friends that should go with Kindbody and they would it recommend. Do what’s best for you I will say I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Violet before transferring to Doctor Purdy . But I can tell from the experience that I’ve interacted with Dr. purdy that care her patience. I had a good experience with Dr. Purdy But as she says, the best experience you could have is going with someone you Trust absolutely Process with. I definitely recommended doing a couple different consultations with other clinics figuring it out works out best for you. For who you want to build your family with because IVF is a hard journey with anyone. But whatever clinic you can go through it’s gonna be hard process in a long wait Just keep that in mind from the\nThe beginning.
