I used them for distance monitoring for another RMA clinic. It took over a week for them to send the results and they wouldn’t talk to me about the ultrasound results at all, even though I paid 700$ cash, the day of. I called everyday and left many messages on multiple voicemail boxes.nnThey tried to send me a bill a month later for 300 more, which had me thinking, did the entire procedure cost 300 or were they trying to get 300 more? The billing was very shady and it was like I was a number to them, not a real person suffering from an awful condition..

Working with Dr. Lin has been a night and day experience from the previous fertility clinic I was at. Her attention to detail, care and bedside manner, and commitment to finding the protocol that would work for me was unmatched. I felt supported from beginning to end. My process wasn’t smooth, but I felt like a person and not a number through every step. As we are now looking for an OBGYN after successfully becoming pregnant with Dr. Lin, I know we will definitely be back if we decide to have more children in the future. The staff at RMA have been great with our questions, scheduling has been easy, and I feel the quality of treatment has been above and beyond my expectations.

Leaving a very well deserved 5 star review. Dr. Lin and her entire team (truly, from coordinators to nurses to front desk etc) are incredible. We had a complicated IVF journey as we split our time between Seattle and abroad. Our care team was in constant contact, over multiple time zones, to make sure everything went smoothly. We felt very well taken care of for the entire process, from A—>Z. Big shout out to our amazing coordinators :). And Dr. Lin is an incredibly smart, caring, conscientious doctor..
