Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and addressed all of our concerns with easy to understand information. After 9 IVF cycles at NFC with not a single embryo to show for it, I’m done staying silent. This clinic is beyond incompetent. Today, the anesthesiologist was an hour late, my follicles ruptured, and they only retrieved one egg. Last time, I had 5–7 eggs—not a single one fertilized. Why? Because they schedule egg retrievals at 6:30 AM, before the actual embryologist even arrives. His assistant is making critical calls during one of the most sensitive moments of the process.nnDr. Levy has done 3 of my retrievals, and to be blunt—he’s terrible at it. If you’re young with great numbers, maybe your odds are better. But if you have 5–9 follicles, he doesn’t have the skill or care to get what matters. They don’t prioritize success; they prioritize volume. It’s become a churn-and-burn fertility factory—you’re just another number, another check.nnNFC may have had a good reputation once, but now? It’s gone. Patients deserve better than this

I recently completed the first half of the IVF process with Nevada Fertility Center. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Levy, who was knowledgeable and kind in all the interactions I had with him. I was also blessed to have Kim E. as my coordinator throughout this whole experience. She was a ray of sunshine and went above and beyond to make sure that I felt supported in this process - she held my hand figuratively and literally! She gave me updates all along the way and was responsive to my many questions. Thanks for everything Kim!!
Everyone else on the team I worked with under Dr. Levy was great and sweet as well! - shout out also to Gracie (who did my blood work) and Allayah (at the front desk) :)

This office and staff is nothing but amazing. So caring and compassionate. Going through fertility issues is hard enough and having an amazing supportive staff makes it so much easier … Dr. rehmann I cannot thank him enough. He was always so sweet and supportive and didn’t give up on us. And now we are pregnant with our little girl! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to have gone through this with. Amy was my coordinator and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was super supportive. Yohanna and Leah were the best cheerleaders along the way! They always were checking on me. Brittany the ultrasound tech was so great! Monica was amazing! Everyone in that office is just the best team! I cannot thank them enough

There are no words to express how thankful I am to have found this clinic. Dr. Levy, Yohana and all the staff are just great they have so much patience and empathy. Before coming here we had heard from other doctors that our chances of conceiving were low becuase of my husband's SCI. We were discourgaed many times, but Dr. Levy never made me doubt the process not once. He is such a wonderful doctor and truly shows he cares. The whole staff are incredible everyone I saw always had a smile on their face. Thank you all so much after 9 years of not knowing if we could conceive again. We are now expecting our second baby. 🫶.

Be ready to get you patience tested here. It takes about 10 tries to get anyone on the phone. When you call, you listen to hold music for 10ish minutes before you can leave a voicemail. But even if you do, they don't call back. So then you have try again when you have time to wait on hold. It's a frustrating cycle.

To me, responsiveness and communication is essential. Especially when undergoing something as important as fertility treatment. I had 2 consults with Dr. Rheman, he took his time and seemed knowledgeable, and I had my labs/imaging done here but I will not be returning for treatment.

UPDATE: took me over a week to get a response to my records request, and I had to leave a vm on the manager's extension for a call back. I explained to her that I had the pdf results that were in my patient portal but was looking for better quality images from my HSG, SIS, and ultrasound to share with my new doctor (they're small on the pdf, 6 per page). Manager said they'd be able to upload them to a usb if I brought one in. So I buy a drive and leave work to go get them. Once I'm there she tells me it's the same pdf report I already have. So essentially I bought a new thumb drive and drove across town for absolutely no reason. Again, lack of communication. Was considering getting my monitoring done here, but will do my best to avoid this place.

Went in as a donor, the person who was helping me get into my appointments would take forever to respond to me and to confirm the appointments. I was told I wouldn't be charged. Again went in on my own time to donate, not expecting anything in return. Long story short I can't be a donor and now they are billing me $1,700.00. If I would have known they were going to bill me I would have never gone in. So much for trying to be a good person and help someone else. It's not a one star it's a zero star.

This is a late review but this clinic and staff deserves it! I can’t thank Dr. Foulk, my nurse Chelsy and the entire staff enough. They are the reason I get to hold my son. My experience from the start to the end was great. Dr. Foulk is very knowledgeable about IVF. He listens to you and doesn’t rush to answer any questions you have. My nurse Chelsy has been my rock through out the stressful IVF process. She knows how to calm my nerves and is easily accessible to whenever I need her help. If you are contemplating on going with Nevada Fertility Center, this is your sign to go with them!.

I'm an out of state patient and have local friends who went through this clinic with good results. We're doing R-IVF. My friend did say that the clinic was hard to get ahold of sometimes. However, They don't return calls or messages for several days at a time. In this type of field, timing and communication is pertinent! They need to hire more people if they can't handle the patients properly for the amount of money we are spending here. I've gone to fertility centers in the past and this one is by far the worst with communication. They have our money ( we're paying out of pocket) so we have to go through with this now. Maybe they will change my mind, but at this moment, I would not recommend this facility to anyone I cared about.

Nobody answers their phones! It takes them 3-5 days to reply on an important question in the portal. They do not update you on any test results and any plans or steps to take. No guidance nothing at all. They just let you watch a video. I understand that as a patient, i should be proactive but i am as proactive as i can and i still get no effort from this office. I tried calling the landline but nobody picks up, i sent messages in the portal and no reply, 3 days now! When you go their clinic and have an appointment, you still wait longer than expected. I will be getting my own results and go to a different clinic. I dont know what is going on with this clinic, do you have an office manager and get things together?! There so called "coordinators" are not doing their job

With IUI or IVF timing is very important and this office does not value that

Dr. Foulk and Dr. Levi helped us through the process of ivf. Whatever questions or concerns we had their staff was always there to help us even on weekends. Office is always clean and staff is super friendly. We were lucky to have a successful ivf on our first try and expecting our first one soon. We are very grateful for all the experience they had to answer us and give us peace of mind. Thank you again for the services you provided and will be seeing you for future ivf procedures and more babies in the future.

They NEVER answer their phones and they NEVER call you back. I have no idea what is going on with this place. At first I thought they just wanted my money, but now I don't even think they want that. So incredibly unprofessional.

Update: I emailed the manager as asked and called and left another message. Still no reply. I'll be going to a different provider (Dr. Fisch - at least his office answers the phone). I never even got a chance to do IUI or IVF because I've spent over 8 months just trying to schedule an appointment. Completely ridiculous.

Nevada Fertility Center is the reason I am currently experiencing a healthy pregnancy. Dr. Foulk and his entire team are absolutely incredible!
I mainly worked with NP Kim and RN Chelsy during our fertility journey which included one round of IUI and one round of IVF. The whole team is fantastic, but those two women specifically are beyond wonderful! They answered every question I had and basically held my hand figuratively and literally throughout the entire process.
Every person that works at NFC is friendly, kind, and super helpful. I'm not sure how my husband and I got so lucky with such an amazing team, but with their help and support, we got pregnant on our first round and first transfer of IVF.
We couldn't be more grateful for NFC. They truly treat you like family!

My journey with Nevada Fertility Center started January 2021. From the first appointment I never felt like I was just a number. I felt like they actually cared, and they do! From the front desk staff, to all of the medical assistants, nurses, financial staff and of course the doctors everyone made me feel at ease about going through this process. Going through IUI or IVF is not an easy process to go through and going through and they staff we're always there to answer my questions and put at ease about any concerns I had. What I love most about them is that they just want to help you achieve your goal of becoming a parent. Without them that would never have been possible for me. If you are looking for a fertility doctor I 1000% highly recommend Nevada Fertility Center!

I love NFC! They are our extended family! Even after having our miracle, we still keep in touch with all the amazing staff and Dr. Foulk! I love that when we go back for office events or for appointments for our next journey, we are greeted with open arms, love, and the best care! We know each other on a personal level and they all are truly amazing! This office has been such a big part of our lives and I'm so grateful for every one of them. If you're not going to NFC for your infertility needs, don't think twice and switch to them. You won't regret it.
