$17 for one singular female condom... their website says you can get them for about $3 or for free ... i thought planned parenthood was supposed to be affordable.. ps they have no spermicide, so much for female healthcare

Terrible and unreliable. I've gone down there for three appointments and have either waited for at least two hours and never saw the doctor or I've had to wait and then they told me that the doctors left for the day and isn't able to see me even though I had a scheduled appointment, every single time I have gone in they reassured me that I would see the doctor. I wasn't trying to rush them. I didn't have any timeframe the first two appointments I had ample time the third appointment. I told him that I had to leave at a certain time for work when they booked the appointment, I reminded them when I came into the appointment, and even reminded them after they asked me the questions and took my blood pressure, and yeah I still had to wait for 30 minutes even though I was the only patient in there because the doctor was just on a phone call. I understand that their providers and that they have other things to be doing as well, but it is widely inconsiderate to not care about your patience at all. I was the only patient in the office, and she was just on a phone call even though they all knew when they booked the appointment and when I got there, I had work and this is my third time going, and not seeing any physician. I wouldn't recommend unless it's your only option and just know that they are very unreliable.

From the office staff to the actual Dr. that saw me I had a great experience. Dr. Lin had incredible bedside manner and really makes you feel like she cares. I paid out of pocket because I couldn't get in to a Dr. that takes my insurance and is accepting new patients. Sure, I had to wait longer than most people would like to but they only have one Dr. and no matter where you go in Vegas you're going to be dealing with a wait due to our shortage in healthcare. Overall, if you're looking for someone that genuinely cares about your care then I couldn't recommend Dr. Lin enough!

honestly i'm so disappointed with the employees. when i walked in i heard a female employee discussing other patients very loud which i thought was rude. so whatever they call me back and ask if i'm ready for the procedure and i ask what procedure? and she said abortion which i never consented to i never made the appointment for an abortion all i wanted was an ultrasound. i had told them i was unsure of what i wanted to do so they scheduled me for the wrong appointment. they don't even apologize . and i just felt so un-welcomed and uncomfortable i don't recommend this place and i will not be going back

Terrible experience!!! It took me time to find a unit bc their unit doesn't have a number or name on it stating it is PP! Walked in 12 min late than my appointment. Front desk said I have to reschedule bc grace period is 10 min. I've rescheduled it already once, 2 weeks later I have to reschedule again!!! She was arguing for 10 min. Just check me in already! I'm not here to listen to your speech. I'm here to get treated. Reading reviews I see I'm not the only one that couldn't find the unit! And I can see that all 5 star reviews are fake reviews!

Took super long to book my appointment, finally got it. When I got there they said I needed to pay 260$ upfront to be seen can't do payment plans or nothing. Worst planned parenthood I've ever went to. My regular pp is so great and they work with however to help whatever they need. Because they actually CARE
