The Fertility Center of Las Vegas

We had a the best experience at the Fertility Center of Las Vegas! We cannot thank Dr. Shapiro enough! His expertise and confidence always made us feel optimistic and safe. Everyone along the way was always so sweet and kind from Corine at the front desk, to Marina in phlebotomy, Betsy in surgery, and Renee and Kaylee in ultrasounds, and all of the nurses and coordinators!!! We can't be more grateful for FCLV!!!.

We had a phenomenal experience with the Fertility Center of Las Vegas! The care is unsurpassable and very streamlined. We met several wonderful people throughout our journey, but, Renee our sonographer, and Betsy, one of nurses, really stand out. Renee is an ever calming and reassuring presence, especially during the stress of our embryo transfer. Betsy was always available to answer questions and very prompt with her responses. Finally, Dr. Bedient was very attentive to our needs and really helped educate and guide us through the process. We are now expecting our first child and could not be happier with the entire experience! Thank you FCLV team!

I have been seeing Dr. Kaye for over a year and I am so grateful for her. She is so incredibly kind, caring, attentive, and always more than willing to answer any and all questions. She truly cares and has been there for my husband and I through this whole journey. We have been so thankful for her and she truly goes above and beyond for all her patients. I have seen Dr. Bedient as well and she is also wonderful and I would recommend her to anybody as well. Everybody at Fertility Center of Las Vegas has been absolutely incredible. Betsy, one of the nurses, is always so caring, quick to answer questions, and just such a kind individual. Melissa and Emily, my coordinators, answered all my questions and were always so clear in the instructions and quick to respond. Renee, the ultrasonographer, is always a calming presence and truly cares. Julie and the rest of the financial team have been very responsive and explained all the different costs so clearly. Corinne and Veronica at the front desk are always smiling and cheerful even at 6AM. I would recommend Fertility Center of Las Vegas and Dr. Kaye to anybody needing a fertility specialist!.

I am so grateful for the Fertility Center of LV. Every member of the team made me feel cared for throughout one of the most vulnerable & emotional journeys of my life.

Dr. Bedient was not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also refreshingly honest and compassionate. She had a way of keeping it real while still offering hope by trying new methods each step of the way. Thanks to her, I was given the most incredible gift in my life; my baby.

From Corinne at the front desk, who always made me feel welcomed & special, Christie who went out of her way after hours, Emily, my coordinator, who was organized, & there for all my questions, Melissa, Ryanne, Elizabeth, and also the entire blood draw team (too many to name), every person I encountered was a source of comfort, support & positivity.

With my perfect embryo looking back at me in my arms, it brings tears to my eyes & was worth it all. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

If you're looking for wonderful fertility care in the Las Vegas valley, this is it. Stop your search now, and just trust me, come here. I never once had a hard time with communication with this clinic. In fact, it was excellent. The nurses are amazing, as is Dr. Shapiro!

I have been to three different fertility centers in my fertility journey, and this one was by far the best. Once I became pregnant, they monitored me and took such great care of my hormone levels, always making sure that I was in the right limits to maintain a healthy pregnancy. I am beyond grateful for the care I received here.

Dr. Shapiro is very knowledgeable and kind. I was grateful for his expertise and professionalism. If you're looking for a good fertility clinic or doctor, I'm telling you this is it. He is very in with all of the research and is not outdated whatsoever.

The staff never made my husband feel uncomfortable when he came to appointments with me, and let him ask as many questions as he wanted. This was a big deal for us, because some clinics can make your spouse feel unwelcome. They treated him kindly which made our experience more special.

The phlebotomists are highly skilled. At another clinic, they could never find my veins and I would leave frustrated after waiting for so long to get my blood drawn. They never once had an issue at this clinic.

Overall, the entire staff is incredible. They are well organized and well-run. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks for taking such great care of me.

I transferred to FCLV for a second opinion after unsuccessful fertility treatments at another facility as Dr. Shapiro was highly recommended to me. He was amazing and we are so happy we chose this office. I saw Dr. Bedient and Dr. Kaye for a few appointments and was super happy with them as well. I want to give my thanks to Betsy, Jaime, Melissa, and Julie as well for being so kind, responsive, and reassuring throughout my treatments. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff and the office. I have and will continue to recommend FCLV!.

My recommendation is get an opinion somewhere else first. The doctor recommended IVF right away even though I had a prior healthy full term pregnancy. Cost me a lot of money and stress. I did end up getting pregnant after the transfer but miscarried. Some of the staff was not empathetic (I had asked for a work excuse during the miscarriage and was denied it. Very unprofessional on the nurse's end in my opinion). I actually ended up conceiving naturally later that year, so in reality I wasted my time, money and emotional well being at this clinic. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion always before you decide to go to this clinic. The one person that was always very kind to me was the phlebotomist. She always talked to me and helped calm my anxiety and nerves. Just thinking about what I went through gives me anxiety. IVF is a stressful process and they should have been more transparent about that and also should have talked to me about the literal 50/50 chance that I would have a successful pregnancy. Doctor made it seem like it would be a walk in the park and that it would be successful, pregnancy included.​

I had a wonderful experience. Elizabeth at the front, managing everything so smoothly, and Embryologist Amanda were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue, and they both assisted me promptly, resolving it within minutes especially after all my traveling. Their kindness and efficiency made me feel truly looked after, and I really appreciated their support. Thank you for making my experience so positive!nnSee you again soon! :)nSam!

Almost Everything is horrible here. Phlebotomist misses my veins almost every time then fishes only to have to switch arms. They charged me thousands for two in office procedures they weren't able to perform then I went to a lab and the dr got it done and showed me the pics at end of procedure!! The lab dr was great. They have covid protocols still in place just because. No husbands can join. Only thing I can say is new facility is nice and maybe 3 employees are good.

I will forever be indebted to Dr. Bedient and the rest of the staff at the clinic! I'd frozen embryos 13 years ago and well...finally decided it was time to give it a try at the ripe old age of 50. The odds of this actually working were quite low (16%) but my husband and I decided we'd still give it a shot. I was required to do a bunch of testing like checking out my heart and lungs and a ton of blood work to get ready for the transfer. We'd started the process in early January. By May I was ready for the embryo transfer. Well surprise, surprise it worked! The pregnancy was overall easy give or take a few hiccups. I delivered my healthy little girl at 37 weeks. The entire experience at the Fertility Center of Las Vegas was truly incredible. The staff is very helpful, kind and considerate!

There is so much to say and yet not even close to enough room to write down what I TRULY want to express to this team of people who have been with me for nearly three years and what they mean to me.. but I will do my best. First and far most I want to thank Dr. Carrie Bedient for taking me in and treating me like family from day one. With all of my quirks and obsessive questions she was always so informative and truly shot it straight to me which in this fertility land of doctors is INCREDIBLY HARD to find because a lot of them just want the business. What she wanted was my husband and I's dream to come true and has always been so kind and truly there for us during some of the BEST days and let me tell ya.. some of my very worst days as well. I won't bore you guys with my full story.. but I will say that she NEVER gave up on me. She was as determined as my husband and I were to make this dream of becoming parents come true and that is the hardest to find in a doctor and especially someone in her business that is very busy these days! It was never about the business with Carrie. She was truly focused on helping us create a family. I have tears in my eyes as i write this because I could NEVER have hoped for someone better than her. Not only is she a complete BOSS (just look her up) but she is a beautiful person. And I would not be telling anybody this if it wasn't the absolute truth. She always told me the truth and she always had a plan for me. I will always appreciate that more than these words of mine will ever beable to express to her on this platform. I love her and will always be indebted to her. Second is the UNBELIEVABLE, BEAUTIFUL staff she has!!! They have truly become my family!! I have tears streaming down my face right now because I LOVE them SO much. They are attentive, understanding and they root for you with all of their hearts and souls. They clapped for me when I had a good ultrasound. They cried with me when I suffered loss. They lifted me up when I needed the strength to go on. I couldn't have gotten through this without Carrie and all of them. They truly became another family to me and the fact I graduated from the clinic today for the first time 10 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby was the BEST and most bitter sweet experience because it means I'm walking away with my baby but I am leaving the best staff of people I've ever gotten to know and love. Nobody will ever compare to them and it sucks but it's a testament to how special this clinic truly is. So to answer the question.... You will NEVER find a fertility clinic as good as this one. You will never meet a doctor or staff who cares more about you (and this also goes ALL the way to the front desk and the coordinators as well.. unbelievably, BEAUTIFUL souls who I absolutely adore). You will never find a better place for something as intense as this process. Not just in Las Vegas.. but anywhere. To all the future mamas out there I HIGHLY recommend them with ALL of my heart and soul. You are in the BEST hands in the world. I mean it truly with all of my heart.

To Dr. Bedient (Carrie) and the staff of beautiful humans.... YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH! Thank YOU! For EVERYTHING! You will be seeing me again!! But this time with a baby in hand!! XOXO

Fertility struggles are difficult regardless of the care you receive, but the fertility team can make such a big difference in your experience. From the receptionists and medical assistants, to the phlebotomists, sonographers and coordinators, I was always met with warmth and kindness. I deeply appreciated the feeling that many staff members took a personal interest in my journey and simply made it less daunting by making conversation. My appointments were typically completed timely and efficiently. The office itself is beautiful and well maintained. Communication was consistent and thorough. Questions were answered with helpful information. I'm very thankful for my experience at FCLV.

Dr. Bedient and staff were so amazing. They made the whole experience more tolerable. They made it bearable. Friendly, professional and always made me as comfortable as can be. For almost a year and a half, my husband and I made almost weekly trips to the facility. We went with IVF. Unfortunately, we were not successful on our first try, however, our second transfer was and two days ago, my husband and I welcomed our baby boy. We owe everything to Dr. Bedient and staff for the most precious gift we could ever ask for.

Dr. Shapiro and the entire team at FCLV were incredible throughout our IVF experience. Everyone we encountered were patient with our many questions, and seemed to truly care about my physical and emotional health through the process. I was actually nervous to graduate from FCLV after the level of care I received.

Thanks to Dr. Shapiro and FCLV, I'm now 19 weeks pregnant after 1 retrieval and 1 transfer.

Corine at the front desk made our already anxious selves, even more stressed. First, she said we had to pay $100 cash pay for a consult even after we were told it was covered by insurance during our meeting. She wouldn't even check until we asked her 5 times to please just check with someone. Then she came back and said it was $55.

Next, she told us she didn't know about the referral our doctor told us she would send out. She said that information wasn't in our chart before even looking at it. She only checked after I repeatedly said that the doctor already told us that the front desk would have the referral doctor information. Then she finally checked and she said "oh it's here".

Corine and just very unhelpful and should not work in healthcare. She isn't compassionate and makes stressful events even harder.

There's nothing worse than a front desk that doesn't care about patients. I'm not coming back here. I don't need to be hounding someone to check basic information we need to keep our family healthy just because they can't be bothered to care about patients.

Corine is the sole reason we will never be going here or recommending any of our circle to come to this place. We'll take our family and friends to somewhere else that actually cares.
