I am so glad I chose this group. The staff is amazing. Dr Hessler, her team and any other nurses that helped me were very helpful, patient and incredibly kind. They are all so understanding of how intense the IVF process is and have a great way of bringing a calming feeling into any situation.

Dr. Hessler is an absolute gem! Dr. Hessler was supportive and caring when she had to deliver us difficult news, and made sure we felt supported in making decisions. She was also there to celebrate our wins. Dr. Hessler's nurses Trudy, Jennifer and Gabrielle were also always so helpful and communicative. I will also note that as plus size woman going through this process can be extremely intimidating because of rampant fat phobia in healthcare. I never once felt the impact of that stigma with Dr. Hessler, nor did I feel my care or the dignity I was treated with was contingent on my size..

It’s taken me months to post this review. I write this with my now almost six week old daughter sleeping on my chest. My journey like others has brought me to hell and back to give me the greatest gift. I started with IRMS and left RMA. I did one transfer at RMA and it ended with a chemical pregnancy but something in my gut told me go back to IRMS with what was our last and only embryo. Dr. Hessler was sensitive and utterly amazing in addressing all my concerns regarding my extensive endometriosis and other uterine issues. She started me on a totally different protocol and on July 18th I got the call that I was pregnant. Every milestone of my pregnancy I held my breath and prayed but I made it ...we made it. I am so eternally grateful to the entire IRMS staff at Clark for making me a Mom. I am still in amazement that she's here and it's all thanks to them. Sorry for the long read but obviously I couldn't recommend this clinic anymore.

Dr. Hessler and the entire IRMS team have done an amazing job with my fertility journey. Their bedside manner is extremely caring, thoughtful and kind. They are prompt in returning phone calls and answering questions. I feel very comfortable there. Highly recommend.
