My wife and I went through five IVF cycles at your clinic, and unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling deeply disappointed. While we understand the medical process can be demanding and complex, we found the care model to be more of a factory-style operation, lacking the personal attention and support we had hoped for.nnThroughout our treatment, we rarely saw or spoke directly with the doctor, which made us feel disconnected and uncertain — especially during such an emotional and financially significant journey.

The place is amazing! They are on timenwhen it comes to blood work and ultra sounds, and they get back to you quickly with all your questions. All the staff is so sweet! Dr. Costantini is amazing and her team! I had the best experience! I highly recommended going to RMA. I can’t say enough how wonderful they are..

RMA is such a blessing in this crazy world of infertility. My entire team of Dr. Constantini, Eve, and my nurse Roberta were truly amazing. They really make you feel like you’re their only patient. Their care is so individually specialized. They are rooting for you the entire way and do so with such grace. The portal makes for easy communication and making sure you’re doing all your medications correctly.nnThe entire office staff starting from Cece and the other receptionists, phlebotomists and all the medical assistants are all great and welcoming during your entire journey. It was definitely bittersweet graduating from the practice but I would highly recommend RMA to anyone and everyone.

I am having a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience of RMA finance team.
I got quotation $11k in the beginning of my consultation/July 2021. Also I received IVF quotation of ~$12k+ in Dec 2021 before treatment and asked for pre-paid. During this period, no one informed me IVF transfer is consider as another cycle of IVF, and $12.8k pre-paid IVF fee doesn't include IVF transfer step. I was notified to pay extra $4.5k for the IVF transfer step last week/Jan 2022 - which in the process of my whole IVF treatment!
To be honest, it's a terrible experience for a patient!

We can't say enough about our experience with RMA. We had previously gone to another practice that not only were we unsuccessful with our treatments but we left with serious PTSD because of how we were treated. We spoke to the staff at RMA about our previous experience and not only did we feel heard we felt supported. This was a complete 180 and I think that's why we had immediate success. From the Doctors to the nurses to the office staff to the medical team that made it all happen and really held our hand through the whole process. We would recommend them to anyone!

I went to RMA for an egg retrieval procedure. Dr. Rybak and his nurse Brianna were really terrific. They answered all my questions and they did so timely, even though I constantly had new questions and concerns arise. There were times I contacted Brianna multi times a day and she always got back to me same day, which I really appreciated. I also found them to be knowledgeable and caring individuals. There were times when I had questions that might offend some physician's regarding treatment choices, etc. but Dr.Rybak patiently and with specific detail was always able to explain to me why he was making a specific treatment decision. Additionally, the billing department was transparent with pricing. Having confidence in my medical team was key to me keeping calm while having to inject myself with numerous medications for close to two weeks.

The only thing I wish were different is that this a large practice, so often times you have visits with doctors that are not your provider and that is also the case for the procedure itself. I really don't like this model, but it seems to be consistent with other practices this size and their success rates are considerably better then competitors in the area.

One way around this was to check the schedule and be willing to drive to multi locations to be able to have visits with my doctor.

Also, I had short wait times but I was told by others that this was not the norm as morning monitoring can get really busy, so I always brought headphones and books just in case to pass the time.

So all in all I would recommend Dr. Ryback and Brianna and in near future I will be going back to them again for a second egg retrieval procedure.

This provider only cares about money - their privacy notice for HIPPA states that they may use your personal medical information for purposes of payment and collection. They sent me a bill for less than $200 to me and I was certain it was taken care of with my FSA. We only came to find out that the bill was sent to collections and is now on my credit report. RMA never called me about the bill and the collection agency they use didn't send me any notices. So now my credit report reveals my medical treatment - anyone can google RMA and know exactly what kind of medical treatment was done - and they have tarnished my credit. Terrible billing practices and no respect for patient privacy. I have never had a doctor do this.

As a cancer survivor who has spent a considerable amount of time glowing in the dark from treatment, it was brought to my attention that I'd better plan for the future as I have hit snooze on my biological clock for the past couple years.

I came in to see Dr. Constantini who was just incredible and thorough. Her bedside manner put me at ease. We spoke before the examination and again after. She explained everything.. all options and procedures and I felt really good about it because she took her time with me and it was a genuine rapport which sadly, is a rarity nowadays.

I met with Nurse Zezza, who then walked me through step by step what to expect after speaking with Dr. Constantini. She was excellent and thorough as well while discussing all aspects in detail. I really came into this appointment Doe-eyed and they gave me some great information and laid out each process for each option and I really appreciated that it didn't seem like a mill or an assembly line.

I'm really happy that they are a part of my journey and I feel less anxious and apprehensive about it.
They are definitely on my referral list.

Hi. I went to this facility as it was referred by my OBGYN. However, I would NEVER recommend this place to others for various reasons:

1) You only see the doctor when you do the first consultation. All the other checks and even the process of IUI is done by another random doctor.
2) The facility charges for EVERYTHING. You should not be charged to get a copy of your own medical reports. I have never seen a medical office charge for this information.
3) They did not know what they were doing. They said "we will increase the dosage of Follistim to 300 and see what happens". Then later they told me oops sorry but we missed your cycle this month. I'm not sure how they can miss it when I was at the office every other day getting blood work and ultrasound done.
4) They missed my cycle, but they never miss to say you owe x amount of money.
5) The nurse, who was nice, did call me but I'm not paying tons of money to have a nurse call me and to meet/talk to a doctor would be additional cost.
6) Only office on the weekend that is open is in Baskin Ridge. That is a hike. If they said that I would be spending my weekends driving 2 hours to and from that facility, I would have found a closer one. They obviously don't say that.
7) Yes, the end result is our faith and not the facility, but being a "guinea pig" is not a good feeling, especially when I'm paying every dime out of my own pocket.

Overall, RUN RUN RUN RUN away from this place. No need to spend your hard earned money here.

I was asked to get my blood drawn anytime after 6am. I get there at 8am and the receptionist refuses to even speak to me. When a doctor comes out and notices I've been sitting there for a while I hear the receptionist tell her "she was late" when she didn't say a word to me and I was supposed to be a walk in in the first place. Not sure how long she would have me waiting when I was literally the only person there. Finally the nurse who was supposed to check my blood pressure helped me out and took me to the phlebotomist (there were 2 of them and no other patient there for a blood draw). Extremely unprofessional and rude ... try to avoid this location if you don't want to be aggravated throughout your treatment cycle.
