After a very thorough evaluation I was finally diagnosed with PCOS - which I had been trying to get an official diagnosis for years - but thankfully with the help of his practice, my husband and I welcomed our first son back in February. The experience there is really not good. Firstly, the nurse didn’t treat you very politely. Secondly, I should have more eggs to retrieve, but they only let one egg to grow and finally retrieved just one egg and my expensive medication is useless. Thirdly, when I visited the doctor first time, he asked me to go to a room to check. I thought he would use some instrument, but he just put his finger into my viginal and asked me if pain here and there. there was no one else there. Afterwards, he asked me to do ultrasound. I don’t understand if there is any necessity to do so..

There making me put a start but if I could choose I would put 0Don’t go here this is a scam they scammed my parents for 16,000 they said the surgery will go all well they did multiple appointments and they said oh ur surgery will go well and every time they would go u would have to give more and more money ,, they said everything is good and u can do it they said 100% we would go everyday to an appointment and than they said it didn’t work ,, anyone that wants to go there film it because they lie.

My experience with the clinic is mixed.nThe doctors are excellent — very caring, attentive, and truly committed to the treatment. The medical side is, without a doubt, one of the clinic’s strongest points.nnHowever, the administrative side leaves a lot to be desired.nUnfortunately, the service outside the consultation room is extremely disorganized. There’s a lack of clear communication, deadlines are often not respected, and patient support is frequently impersonal and, at times, even disrespectful. This creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty during what is already a very emotional process.nnI sincerely hope the clinic’s management takes a serious look at how the administrative team is operating.nWith such a capable medical staff, it’s a shame the overall experience is diminished by organizational issues that could — and should — be addressed with more empathy, respect, and professionalism.

After countless unsuccessful treatments with another doctor, I was very nervous about potentially going to see another fertility specialist. However, my husband and I had heard great things about Dr. Check and his practice so we finally decided to give it a shot. Every single person we have interacted with has been so friendly, amazing, and welcoming so it was clearly very worth it. We can’t thank everyone at Cooper enough for how they have treated us especially during the crazy times we’re living in right now. We highly recommend them for anyone who may be having fertility issues!!!
