Where do I begin? I have loved this place from the moment I set foot in February. I was under the care of Dr. Keegan, who was absolutely fabulous. Brianna, one of the nurses was so kind and explained everything I would be doing. Jennifer, another nurse was amazing and would answer every call and message I had.nCherise was honestly the highlight of my mornings. I loved her energy and vibe. She always instilled positive thoughts and would motivate me throughout this journey.nJen was the best ultrasound tech and was very sweet!nMy procedures including retrieval and transfer were done by the other fabulous doctors at IRMS. Retrieval was done by Dr. Hughes, a legend and the most through doctor! The transfer was done by Dr. Aly, who was so kind and nurturing. She gave me the biggest hug before transfer and reassured me everything would be okay.nSo now I’m about 10 weeks pregnant! I never thought this day would come after suffering with secondary infertility for the past 5 years.nnIf you are stuck and don’t know where to turn, call IRMS and make your appointment. You are in the best of hands..

I have been deeply disappointed by my experience with this practice. During my first appointment, they failed to notify me about the 45% BMI IVF cut-off, yet were quick to hand us information about expensive vitamins and genetic testing. They required us to repeat genetic testing, even though I had already completed it elsewhere—and the test itself was extremely expensive.nnAfter weeks of back-and-forth clearance from what felt like 100 different doctors (all due to my BMI), we decided to proceed with IVF. Following my saline sonogram, they started me on birth control but provided no instructions or follow-up. When I reached out for clarification, Jen assured me that someone would contact me shortly—but no one did. I had to follow up myself after 15 days with no guidance in the meantime.nnThroughout this process, I have felt body-shamed and dismissed by the staff. They are quick to reach out about balances due, yet unresponsive to patients seeking actual care or support. Jen has been particularly disappointing—her lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic communication skills made an already stressful experience even worse. Her dismissive attitude and inability to follow through show a complete disregard for patient well-being.nnOn a positive note, the morning monitoring staff—especially Sherice—has been fantastic, kind, and supportive. It’s unfortunate that the rest of the team does not reflect that same level of care.

From day 1 everyone at this location has been a pleasure. From Brianna always willing to answer any questions and comfort me through the process to Cherise jovial spirit greeting me as she takes my bloodwork and completes my monitoring. Dr. Keegan has shown me and my husband great care and wisdom throughout the process. We can't wait to become one of her many success stories. Shout out to the entire office team!.
