I’m so grateful we chose Kofinas Fertility Group. From the very first consultation, the staff made us feel heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. Doctor George, took the time to walk us through every step of the process, Nicole (PA) was answering my endless questions with compassion and patience.The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized. Appointments were easy to schedule, and the nursing staff was incredibly supportive and responsive. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, and had surgery. (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy) now going through IUI process. I met Dr. Narine two years ago, and it has been a wonderful experience with both Dr. Narine and the Kofinas Fertility Group. I cannot say enough praise and amazing things about Dr. Jason Kofinas and his staff. They truly go above and beyond in every aspect and provide the utmost comfort during your fertility journey. Dr. Kofinas always takes the time to answer each and every question and is super responsive by email at any time of the day/week. The offices are immaculate and made the early morning monitoring appointments a breeze. If you are considering seeing a fertility specialist, run (don't walk) to Dr. Jason Kofinas!!

Dr George Kofinas and his entire staff (Roslyn location) were very warm, compassionate, caring, and professional. The ambiance is always inviting and comfortable. Dr Kofinas is extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking his time to explain every step and procedure to me in detail. Right from my IVF consultation appointment to the billing, everything went smoothly. Pricing is fair and transparent, and communication is always clear. They are reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. The service quality was truly exceptional. Thank you Dr Kofinas for giving me my rainbow baby, I can't wait to come back!

I had multiple retrievals and transfers and no baby after thousands of dollars spent on unnecessary surgeries and tests. Dr Jason Kofinas is a cold doctor. He doesn't care about his patients only for the money. I feel like he scammed me out of thousands of dollars. He was always in a hurry. He never explained anything in detail to me. Different dollar amounts each time I had a surgery or test done. Every time the 2 main nurses would see me , they would roll their eyes and talk under their breath. They would never get back to my emails or return my calls in a timely manner. The finance department has the worst, incompetent people with the worst attitudes and the the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never call or respond back in a timely manner either. If I could go back in time, I would have never have chosen Kofinas. Stay away from this doctor and his practice!
