Went in for a very touchy procedure, was already sad. Got to the front desk and the lady was nothing but rude! The first question she asked was "Is your insurance paying for this?" I said "I don't know the lady last week told me it was covered". She replied "Well I wasn't here last week". I simply replied with "ok" After my procedure was done I went back up to the front desk and kindly asked "Can you just make sure my mail from planned parenthood gets delivered at my place" she replied "You should've told me this when u came in"! I just stayed silent. The rudest front desk customer service I have ever had! This was planned parenthood on center road in west seneca. I couldn't get her name but she was an older lady working on 8/24/17. Other than the front desk the nurses and drs. Were great!.

Worst patient care doctors. Will not call to check on your health. Only operate by the books to collect a paycheck. Any authorizations you send will not be filled. They will not call if other doctors contact them. They will not call to review your blood work. A bunch of adults who got the job for a paycheck. Incredibly sad. Recommend going to any other Planned Parenthood outside of WNY. More passionate doctors and nurses who will call you with results and your medical information. It's worth the drive if you have a car. I do not so unfortunately I am screwed.

Amazing staff, explains everything, allows you time to ask questions and concerns. Only downside if that you have to be patient for your appointment wait time. Expect to wait around 45mins-hour after your original appointment time to get in. Overall it was well worth it and staff are super nice!!!.

I've been going to buffalo planned parenthood since I was a pre teen, im 37 now. They've always been amazing, I loved the main street staff, the nurses knew me by name and would get excited to see me every 3 months, ask how my animals were by name. When I would leave my depo appointment, I'd schedule my next one for 3 months, easy. For some reason they stopped letting people do that, they said you must wait 3 months until you're almost due to schedule. The issue is, when I remember that I'm almost due, I go to the portal, and appointments are booked up for a Month. Ive been several weeks late for my shot since this was implemented, my hormones out of whack, pregnancy scares, spotting, ive driven an hour away to different locations just to get an appointment. Right now because of the impossible scheduling system and holidays, I'm nearly 2 months late for my shot! I am just taking the morning off work to get it today because I cant wait another day. This system is ridiculous.

Worst experience of my life. I called in advance to make sure I would have a FEMALE PRESENTING PROVIDER for my Pap smear. Not a very big ask. I show up, wait quite some time for my appointment despite being early, finally I get to the back & undress for the exam with a doctor I haven’t even met yet. I’m naked from the waist down when this MAN walks in. I say freeze immediately. I requested a female presenting provider despite being nonbinary and on testosterone because I have massive trauma with men and people who present male specifically. Guy with a full beard walks in, I freeze, all I can see on his name tag is “security” and I can’t see his name anywhere. At this point I’m certain I’m about to be assaulted again. I start having an anxiety attack and shaking. I can’t think, about anything but getting out of there. I tell the doctor and she sits me down in the room i think to try and calm me down but being trapped in that small room was just making me freak out further. I’m honestly thinking about suing for the trauma. I’ve had flashbacks several times a day since this happened Monday. Nothing was done to make the situation right. I finally left with a new appointment which I cancelled afterwards. I will never go back here..

If I could give this establishment a 0 star review, I would. Not only is it difficult to get an in person appointment, it’s almost impossible to successfully schedule an appointment through their online system. I scheduled an appointment for an urgent medical need and went in for the appointment. They told me that the appointment was not successfully scheduled and that I needed to go to an Urgent Care. I asked to speak to a manager. The front staff woman came back and told me that the manager was in a “meeting” for the next 2 and a half hours and that if I wanted to talk to her, I could come back at that time. I’ve been using Planned Parenthood for over 17 years. They seem to care so little for their patients and their urgent medical needs that I will never go back. What is the point of funding Planned Parenthood if you can’t successfully schedule an appointment and management does not care about patient needs?.

Came back here for my annual exam because of the great care I received last time, and I will continue to do so. Planned Parenthood has gone above and beyond my expectations. Minimal waiting to be seen, no-hassle billing (and this is a big one, as EVERY other OBGYN office I have been to in the past had not failed to screw it up), and amazing providers. The medical assistant, different from the one I saw last time, was wonderful. I saw the same nurse practitioner (Emily), and she was exceptionally kind, caring, and gentle. This location is a model of how every visit to the OBGYN should be. Thank you, PPH!

I've been going here for yearly exams/birth control and they are phenomenal. Aside from the general attitude of some of the patients, the staff is awesome. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs care, as they take all insurances.
I recently went in to re up on my birth control and had an appointment at 945am. I was out by 10am. Quick and efficient!
And if gender of doctors is a concern, they only have women working there.

I started coming here after a falling out with the billing office of my previous OBGYN; and they lost a long term patient. At the time I did not have health insurance but had been reluctant to switch doctors until this incident.
I started going to Planned Parenthood out of necessity but now that I have health insurance, I have stayed because this is a medical facility where I am certain to always be treated with kindness and respect. Sometimes the wait can be ridiculous but in the end, it is worth it for the consistent quality care I receive.

I was a patient here when I was a student and I didn't have insurance and now that I do I still choose to go here. The staff is extremely helpful and nonjudgmental, they really make you feel like they're there to help
