I wish I had paid more attention to the other negative reviews. They just want your money. They don't care about the patient. Run from this place!

This place is a total disappointment! I unexpectedly conceived naturally, but decided to stay with diamond institute thinking they would provide in depth support. The woman at the front desk by the name of Betty has single handedly ruined my experience there. She is VERY insensitive and cold. I experienced a very difficult first trimester and her lack of care only added to my stress and frustration. I seemed to never be able to reach the actual Dr, because I couldn't get past Betty. The finale straw for me was when she rescheduled my second ultra sound on three different occasions. Her excuse was because she didn't know when or if the ultrasound technicians would be coming back.... Whatever that means?
She then told me to go to the milburn nj location which is about a two hour drive from me one way!
I told her I was unable to do the drive and didn't see how I was responsible to do the drive there due to the Unreliability of their technicians. This was a very important ultrasound for me and my husband as we were looking forward to the heart beat. Betty then had the nerve to say " I don't know what to tell you".
I'm confused as to how she even landed this job. I ultimately decided to leave without any word to this facility, and only then is miss Betty good at calling me and leaving voicemails. The place to me seemed cold and routined. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I waited 2 months to get an appointment here and I am completely and utterly disappointed. Had to wait 30 minutes passed my appointment time. Dr Yemini speaks to you in a condescending manner you can barely understand him. He doesn't look you in the eye while asking questions he looks directly at his computer typing away. He opted to give me more potent fertility drugs to get pregnant but he said my husband had to get sperm and blood tested from them specifically meanwhile he had a normal test from elsewhere 3 months ago and had kids of his own... like clearly he isn't the issue here. Why does he have to go through this again, take time off of work and drive an hour and a half to their millburn office which they can only see him Before 11am. Completely waste of time and a total money scam. Mind you, ALL of their tests and appointments are before 11am and always have to be in house. So if you have a job, you better plan to take a lot of time off for their convenience. With the potent drugs, you have to get blood tested every 2-3 days to get monitored all before 11am! The nurse was like "well, you better be available during these times because you have to be monitored closely" They WILL NOT let you go elsewhere to get bloodwork. Again, a money scam. Like what working woman can accommodate this schedule! They are money hungry and want to do every test over again so they get the all money. Horrible vibes from the Dr and the nurse. The Dr received his MD license from Israel mind you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Please do not listen to the negative reviews here. I'm not sure where some of this information is coming from, but everyone in this office has been extremely courteous and professional. My husband and I knew from the start that our insurance did not cover fertility treatments (I checked our policy, go figure). The office manager Rochelle went through an entire itemized list of what everything would cost and what our payment options would be. She also emailed me paper copies of everything we went over so that I could follow along on the phone. There have literally been no surprises, the only surprise we got was the fact that our insurance covered the cost of medications. Please don't let another persons bad review steer you away!

Our entire lives have changed miraculously in the last year. Three years ago, when we started our journey trying to get pregnant, we never thought that we would need IVF. It was a really difficult experience for us, with some dark moments wondering if we were never meant to be parents, but we are so thankful that we found Diamond Institute as a partner throughout the process. Doctor Yemini and Doctor Onwubalili provided thoughtful guidance to my husband and I during that time. As they said, IVF is as much art as science, and we felt that they made us equal partners with them for the "art" process of IVF. A lot of the experience threw us for a loop and was frustrating, but they always had other options for us to consider and try. We really appreciated the phone calls, consultations, and brainstorm sessions together, which ultimately resulted in a successful full-term pregnancy. We still remember the exact moment that Doctor Onwubalili called us with the entire nursing team in Millburn with the exciting news of our positive pregnancy test - finally! After three egg retrieval cycles and four cancelled FET cycles, it was surreal and wonderful! We are so thankful for the entire team throughout the entire process. Every single team member in Goshen and Millburn treated us like a person, not a patient. We felt like everyone was holding our hand throughout the journey.

Do not go to this unprofessional fertility clinic called the Diamond institute. Do not waste your time & energy. They will lie to get you in the door, make you run all these tests ultimately to tell you that your insurance does not cover the insemination. They gave me & my partner false information pertaining to our insurance. On the contrary, We were FULLY COVERED but were told we had to pay $5,000 for an IUI cycle. They are very impersonal & they treat you like a number NOT a patient. When I was in the examination room, there was a bee in there...go figure..who knew that ultimately we were going to get stung. I have since transferred to another fertility clinic & am now being treated by a RE who views me as a patient NOT a paycheck.
