Both experiences were great! Our older daughter is now 32 years old so she was conceived during one of the first few years at Cornell CRM! Her IVF cycle worked the first time! Our younger daughter is 24, I conceived her at age 40 after about 3 fresh and a frozen cycle. The final fresh cycle worked! Dr Rozenwaks and Dr Davis worked with us both times and were wonderful! I wish they would have a reunion of CRM babies!.

This is a review of the facility and waiting room management. The department or person involved in the management for the waiting room area has failed to accommodate the patients. There are only enough seats for 75% of the patients that come here daily. The responsibility of the department/ persons that manage any waiting room area is to provide first and foremost proper seating. The waiting room is to be considerate of the patients and their partners or caregivers. The waiting room is to be sensitive to stress, welcoming, supportive, calming. The last thing any wants is to have to sit on the floor or stand in an awkward area waiting for someone to be called so you can jump in their seat. There is plenty of space for the proper amount of seats. There are pointless coffee tables and end tables with lamps that serve no purpose other than take up room that plenty of other chairs could utilize. If management is reducing the number of chairs because of a regulatory code, then management should not book appointments their waiting room cant accommodate. It is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to the countless patients who have to be burdened by this lack of compassion and failure of management. Putting the patients through this uncomfortable, and stressful situation the moment they walk in needs to be addressed. The patient, the doctors, and staff deserve better.

I had the best experience here and now have my 4 month old baby girl via IVF. Dr. Irani is the best doctor and I couldn’t have had success without him. I went to another doctor first in Florida and did 2 embryo transfers 1 chemical, 1 miscarriage. Here I had success on my first embryo transfer. The nurses are great too..

Absolutely the worst! Never once was I asked how I was doing - if I had any symptoms or questions. They have one foot out the door while doing your sonogram. You will pay through the nose and spend all of 5 minutes with the doctor. They bring you in and out like cattle. You can ask your questions at an added $550 to speak with the dr after paying over $10-30k for the IVF! It's absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe it's legal to treat people like this on top of charging them so much for it! Worst experience of my life..
