My fertility journey was not easy but the experience was comforting all because the staff treated me like an human not a number, they made me feel comfortable and important. My favorite phlebotomist Gloria always put a smile on my face Especially my Dr Staci pollock she took her time with me at first it was frustrating because she is so thorough but l trusted her skills and knowledge and in a year in a half l received great news l am currently pregnant and so far the baby and l are healthy my IVF journey was not easy but Dr Pollock made it worth it she is humorous and funny and has many years of experience in fertility. Thank you to all the staff for all you do l am grateful for your services and kindness! I will give an update after l have the baby!
