My husband and I were patients at the Canton facility with Dr. Zolton. We were always welcomed and the staff is very knowledgeable. We are pregnant with our IVF baby boy thanks to RGI!

We never once saw the doctor here in person! They charged us $ 225.00 for a “consultation “ which was just reading back all the info we spent an entire evening filling out. We told them to make sure our insurance covered…..and after sending us an estimate of what insurance would cover…..it ended up being about twice the cost!!! They are not up front, nor do they truly check to make sure testing is covered. After we got the initial testing done…..they told us that we probably would not get pregnant even with IVF. Which we already said we would not do. They were VERY pushy to get you to do the “next test”. I finally said enough was enough. I didn’t even have a final consultation. By the grace of God, the maker of all life……we are almost 14.5 weeks pregnant with a baby girl!! God can do anything no matter what greedy doctors may say. Would not go here again for any kind of infertility issues!.

The canton office was my absolute favorite! Since it’s smaller you get to know everyone a lot better. I absolutely loved all the staff and Dr. Zolton. I would schedule my appointments to only see her. Definitely recommend RGI canton and Dr. Zolton!.

Dr. Mooney is by far the nicest guy ever. He is caring, compassionate and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I have only been to his office twice but I definitely will be going back

This place would get 5 stars if I didnt feel like their communication with patients is totally rushed, unclear, and incredibly frustrating. Infertility, an already difficult situation, made worse by poor quality of care due to too many patients with not enough staff to support them. I was often interrupted and told what my treatment plan was, versus being asked about what I thought or wanted. I have never left a review of a place before, but felt it was important to urge families to assert themselves and ask questions if you go here. Physicians seem intelligent, are personable, and up to date with latest research and techniques, so that's a plus..
