My wife had an out patient procedure here. There was plenty of parking when we arrived early. It was much busier by noon when we left.\nThe surgical center had plenty of seats for waiting and there was a restroom near by.\nTV was on and watchable but most people were using there phones to pass the time.\nStaff was polite and helpful..

I had a lot of fertility testing completed, recieced blood work results but no actual follow up from the doctor on what the results actual meant from a bigger picture perspective. I had a virtual appointment scheduled and no meeting invite, cancelation or email/phone call sent that it was canceled. Was sent the bill for the work, paid it (unfortunatly) and havent recieced all the info. This back and forth has been going on for 6 months and I'm still in the dark. Awful experience and poor communication. I feel scammed.

I love everything about the Clinic. it provides what I expect and has a good fung shui, which other options in Cleveland don't seem to have. It's clean, professional, friendly, and I get the care I want when needed.\n\nThe weakest areas are the "Express Care," of which it seems neither. My partner and I surmised they put the people to work here that they can't fire. Many have an "attitude", and some are incompetent. Also, even if you are there early, expect to wait. And wait..
