Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility’ Cleveland

After 2.5 years of infertility working with two other fertility clinics in the area, we finally made the switch to RGI Cleveland. From our first appointment with Dr. Maseelall, we immediately felt heard, supported and cared for. Dr. Maseelall goes over and above to get to know her patients and we have never felt more supported by a doctor! She is so knowledgeable and will fight for your best interest. Working with RGI is seamless. From having a nurse navigator to regularly ask questions (Katlin was awesome!) and having a financial coordinator assigned to your case, RGI removes a lot of the stress IVF brings couples. Every interaction between all the doctors, nurses and receptionists at the Cleveland and Akron office were always positive. This team truly cares about helping you reach your fertility goals. You won’t feel like a number here, you will feel like every provider is rooting for your success. We would recommend RGI to anyone going through infertility, they are an amazing team! ❤️.

First time leaving reviews and English not my first language ❤️ , my husband and i we have been struggling for infertility for the past seven years we tried ivf in different IVF clinics which went south and i basically give up that's when i decided i will not give up and start looking for new IVF clinic that's when i found RGI from the start they are very easy going very fast to reply to your phone and concerns it make me overcome my previous IVF so i decided to go for it then i get to meet my navigater Ashley she is the best of the best she always there for emotional support and for any concern and very kind hearted human i have ever met ❤️, then i met doctor Priya she is the best doctor if you want a really good doctor who cares about your health while going in this process i didn't know a lot about ivf and she chose the best route that will help us to get a child while protecting my health and for that iam always grateful such a nice and smart doctor💕 and iam really impressed with there embroiligist they have such high rates success they are of the best team compared to( my bad privouse IVF clinic which i had eight eggs only one embryo came out with two ER visits and two months not able to breath or walk but with rgi I cam back same day after the surgery i cleaned and cooked and went for a walk with no pain at all i had only three eggs and i have them all healthy embryo and that's why Rgi is the best, from front desk to nurses and doctors ( Priya and Zoe)and to the embroiligist team eveyone is the best , now for good news iam 9 weeks pregnant going strong and baby is healthy growing praying for continued pregnancy and safe delivery , iam sorry for the long review but everyone and everything worth mentioning ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Had a great experience with RGI! My husband and I worked with Dr. Maseelall who was super kind and thorough and helpful! She definitely knows her stuff! We also had experiences with the other doctors in the practice and they were all great. Everyone who works there was lovely too.nnDr. Maseelall helped us figure out that IVF was the best option for us. She drew up a thorough and well-communicated plan to make sure the process would be as successful as possible. The ivf process isn’t fun, but with RGI’s help, we thankfully only had to go through one round of it to get our beautiful baby we have now.

I am so thankful for the RGI team. Prior to RGI, I received 2.5 years of fertility treatment from a local hospital. During that time, I felt like a number and not taken seriously by the medical care team. RGI is the complete opposite. Their care team explained everything thoroughly, made frequent check-ins, and provided exceptional care. I’m going to miss them, but I am so grateful they helped us conceive our little bean 🥹🩷💜.

RGI (now Pinnacle Fertility) has been the absolute best! Prior to learning about RGI, I spent one year with a large hospital where I was treated poorly as their doctors and staff lacked care and/or empathy for my reproductive goals. I was a money maker for them. When I was referred to RGI by a friend my experience was completely different. Honestly, a breath of fresh air. I wish I knew about them sooner! EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL I worked with at RGI was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! Unlike other facilities, RGI was easy to communicate with as every patient is assigned a patient care coordinator- therefore the usual nightmare of communication/scheduling was completely eliminated. During my appointments I was treated with compassion and respect. My case was tough. So much so that my success rate seemed low at the start but here I am pregnant with my first baby! All of my retrieval and transfer protocols were team centered and individualized to me to ensure we achieved the best results. Above everything, they value positive patient interaction and truly care about your success. The knowledge, dedication, and sacrifice these healthcare professional make for the patients is unmatched. I now consider these people family. Just recently, I graduated from their program which is both exciting and sad as I wish they could care for me through my pregnancy. If you are considering fertility care please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with RGI. You will be glad you did! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
