Went for an arm impant. The staff was very kind and respectful. The clinic was also very clean. Overall an easy process for birth contol needs. Will return and recommend to others.

Review of Planned Parenthood - Springfield from Dan
I told them I was only comfortable with any procedures if I was covered by my insurance, they said they checked. 6 months later I get a 400 dollar bill in the mail from them. I tried to pay it, but their payment page on the website was down for months. So I tried to pay by mail, I sent all my information. Got a call a few weeks later about my letter and the person callint on behalf of planned parenthood said they will handle the situation. They sent me to collections, that was their solution. I would not recommend them..

I love Planned Parenthood and donate with my tax rebate each year.\n\nThis clinic just cancelled my appointment with three hours notice and offered to see me in 5 weeks instead. Not acceptable

Review of Planned Parenthood - Springfield from Ashley Hewes
I made a last minute appointment same day to get some help with trouble I was having with my bits n pieces. The receptionists were extremely helpful even explaining to me that the wait might run past my appointment time because it was a busy day. The nurse and the Dr were very nice considerate and even fecitious. All my questions were answered and I was so thankful for the help. I have been going to this clinic for a couple years so this wasn't my first experience but it was just today's. Thank you PP for helping me with my bits..
