I had my first IUD insertion here on Friday, and went to the E.R. for severe pain. Turns out it was placed incorrectly, and I was told to return.
I promptly returned as soon as I could and told them I had a medical emergency. I waited for a total of nearly two hours to be seen. The specialist here, who I visited yesterday, told me everything looked just fine and gave me antibiotics for an infection they weren't even sure if I had.
I already wrote a review, to which their manager told me in person to take it down, giving me a speech and mocking me at the end. As always, using the pandemic as an excuse. It was extremely unprofessional and made me feel horrible.
I had the IUD removed just a few moments ago at another women's center, and I was told it was pushing against my uterus' lining and could've had to have been surgically removed.
The staff are otherwise very nice but I have been put through days of extreme pain and silenced about it. This could have been avoided, and I honestly wouldn't be as upset if they didn't come in and ask me to take down my honest opinion of how I was treated. This should be known; please be cautious.

It made my heart super happy to see such an inclusive and welcoming space with informative and professional staff to help support people in their health. this was one of the best medical experiences i’ve ever had -period. i came in for an iud insertion and then my nexplanon removal the next day. everyone here is so kind and helpful, including all of the front desk staff. i had the same nurse both days, i believe her name was ali. she was super kind and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. i had a ton of anxiety about getting an iud inserted but she walked me through my options and helped me feel relaxed, and stayed in the room with me during the insertion and had a conversation with me to keep my mind off of it. the nurse practitioner, Carrie Mcguigan, who inserted the iud was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. she walked me through every step and took a lot of my fear away, and i could tell she knew what she was doing, it was quick and easy. and the speculum was heated!\nthey also offer payment help which was absolutely phenomenal for me as i don’t have health insurance.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a obgyn. All of the staff were so friendly and caring. Dr. Carrie was especially gentle and patient. You can tell she holds a lot of sympathy and compassion for her patients. I don’t know if it’s all the hormones I just got inserted into my body or not but the vibration of this place almost brings me to tears when I think about how comforting they made me feel..

This place is absolutely amazing. All of the staff are extremely kind and friendly. They genuinely want to help, and they know what they're doing. I was pleasantly astonished by how hard they work to make their patients feel comfortable and safe. Especially as a female, this type of care can be really scary. They listened to me and validated all of my concerns. They constantly clarified their consent from me, and made me feel very comfortable opening up and asking "taboo" questions.\n\nI have never been to a better doctor in my life. I feel so lucky to have this resource.

I've been to this clinic twice now and everyone who works there has been amazing and caring both times. The only downside is driving past the protesters, but just tell them, "if you're pro-life then why don't you get one".

I come here for my annual exam and have always been treated respectfully and with such kindness. Sometimes the wait is longer than I'd expected but once I'm in with the clinician everything is great. I came to Planned Parenthood when I had no insurance and I still love them and get my exams there, even though I do have insurance now.

The entire staff at Planned parenthood was amazing! I never feel like the doctor's are rushing to get me out. I know they care and will give me the best care everytime. I'm so thankful for the staff it truly is the best place for women's heath care. I will never go anywhere else.
