As intended parents, we are so fortunate to have Cydni as our case manager! She made our experience at NWSC truly special! During late afternoon the day before a long weekend, we had a question which would impact an important decision to be made during the holiday. We didn't expect to get a clear answer given the holiday situation, but asked Cydni for advice anyways. Cydni took immediate action and called the hospital directly to get the answer for us so we could make an informed decision in time. When we had a medical emergency with the pregnancy, Cydni went above and beyond to get information from other case managers and surrogates for us. We are very moved by Cydni's empathy and kindness and really appreciate her amazing support, encouragement, guidance and help throughout this journey. It's been such a great pleasure and privilege to work with Cydni, and we can't recommend her enough. We have a happy ending because of all the hard work and effort from our surrogate, Cydni and other team members at NWSC. Thank you all so much!.

As overseas intended parents facing a 16-hour time difference and a language barrier, we were initially concerned about communication. However, Northwest Surrogacy Center (NWSC) and our case manager, Amber, made our journey smooth and successful.nnNWSC provided clear guidance and structured support at every stage. The entire process was professional, ethical, and well-organized, making us feel secure throughout.nnAmber was exceptional. Despite the time zone and language challenges, she communicated clearly and promptly, always patient and proactive. She simplified complex information, anticipated our needs, and consistently put our interests first. Her kindness and efficiency made our year-long collaboration seamless and stress-free.nnWe highly recommend NWSC, and especially Amber. I am a surrogate for the NWSC and I have worked with Cydni the entire pregnancy. I gave birth last week to a beautiful baby girl and made her parents dreams come true thanks to NWSC. It has been the most fulfilling and heartwarming experience I have had my entire life. The people that are part of the NWSC are the most amazing and supportive people I have had the pleasure of working with they are always willing to help with any situation and answer any questions that a surrogatemight have. I highly recommend working with them if you are considering surrogacy. They make the process of becoming a surrogate smooth and easy.

From start to finish this company has been amazing! I absolutely love working and meeting with everyone, they are all very supportive and have great communication. They made the process fun and it went by fairly quickly sad to say. My case manager Erin was amazing through it all! Very warm and welcoming. I could call or email about anything and she would always get right back to me. I never felt like I was pressured or rushed throughout the process. If you’re looking for a fun, loving, supportive environment they are the ones you want!.

Becoming a surrogate (two times) with Northwest Surrogacy Center (NWSC) has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. From the start, the team made me feel valued, respected, and truly cared for. Big shout out of my case Manager Nina and Erin Bowling,they were always available to answer my questions, guide me through the medical and legal steps, and support me emotionally throughout the journey, also Kelsey was my coordinator her kindness and dedication truly made this experience so positive!! Overall thank you for NWSC and the team!!nnWhat stood out the most was how genuine and compassionate everyone was—they treated me like family, not just part of a process. I always felt safe and supported, and the intended parents I was matched with were a perfect fit thanks to the agency’s thoughtful approach.nnIf you’re considering surrogacy, I couldn’t recommend Northwest Surrogacy Center enough.
