Great experience! I went to get my Nexplanon birth control replaced. It was easy to make an appointment, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and I was given comprehensive information during, before, and after the procedure. I would happily recommend this branch of PP to friends. I am so glad to have this place!.

I personally had a great first impression. The staff at this location are very friendly and social. Which made it a lot easier going somewhere new. Everything I had done besides blood work you do yourself. Definitely recommend for a good experience.

I came for a Pap smear, had no symptoms and was refused to be seen by NP Nicole because I came in the door at 1235 for a 1230 appointment and the 1240 and 1250 were already there. I had to bring my 3 year old with me and ended up waiting for 40 minutes, missing his nap time to just get turned away. As a professional medical provider, this was especially frustrating. All of the other staff was kind and respectful..

I had an amazing experience here. Nicole and the rest of the staff are very kind, attentive and knowledgable. I was very nervous throughout my procedure, but Nicole frequently asked me how I was doing and whether I was feeling okay. I'd recommend this place to anyone seeking quality birth control and client centered care.
