I'm a second time surrogate on my second journey with ISC. They have never failed me or my intended parents! Their communication is unmatched and they are ON IT with organization. The process is always smooth and if I have questions they get answered right away. Christy and Samantha are amazing case managers and Gracie Ruiz works so hard at her job as well! As Intended Parents, when one starts off on a surrogacy journey, it is incredibly daunting, however we met Maria and Francesca at a conference in London and were immediately impressed with their kindness and professionalism.nnWe quickly chose to work with ISC and it was the best decision we made; the whole team, especially Arianna, Francesca, Corinne and in particular, our Case Manager, Sam were with us every step of the way.nnNo surrogacy journey is simple, and we had some very challenging times, but we were incredibly grateful for the unwavering support and guidance we found at ISC.nnOur journey thankfully resulted in the birth of a daughter, by the most wonderful surrogate Rebecca and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped us to this wonderful outcome.nnIt goes without saying, we wholeheartedly recommend ISC and would be more than happy to talk to any Intended Parents, if they have any questions..

I did a ton of research and searched through many agencies before finding ISC. I initially picked them because I loved how understanding they were of women and not only the differences in pregnancies but normal struggles during pregnancies too. I felt like a lot of other agencies were always looking for that “perfect” person and ISC was the only place that understood that perfection isn’t a real thing and that’s ok. From the very beginning of my journey they were there every second. I felt incredibly supported even when I was just doing initial interviews and I knew then that these were the people I wanted to take this step with.nnThe incredible staff were there with me through everything and had the answers in a snap. They’re so well informed! My journey was so smooth - such an absolute joy. I can’t recommend ISC enough and am enternally grateful that they gave me the opportunity to do something I’ve always been dreaming about and help to bring happiness to another family. I can’t even imagine going through this with any other group! Can’t wait to do it again!

We have just arrived home with our baby boy and have nothing but praise for ISC. The surrogate we matched with exceeded our expectations in every way and we have come to care for her and her family deeply, she was incredible the entire pregnancy and made us feel so included and fully part of the experience every step of the way even though we were thousands of miles away. As for ISC, everyone we worked with along the journey were very professional, responsive, caring and a joy to work with, we felt very very well looked after. Our case manager, Heather, was an incredible source of info and support at all times of the day and we felt incredibly supported the entire journey by her, our surrogate and everyone at ISC. I can't thank them enough for a seamless experience. For any future IPs, I can't recommend ISC enough, they really know how to support and work tirelessly to help make your family dreams come true..

The experience overall was very informational and you can feel the support from both staff and other surrogates. It is great to join the monthly meetings because someone else could be experiencing the same thing as you are or someone else might have went through the same thing and they have pointers. The staff is so helpful from begining to the end. They let you know if you are matched right away, the next steps, what to expect when traveling, when you have the transfer (do's/don't), appointments for blood work and ultrasounds, questions that might be needed to ask to help with appointments, and just being there if you have any questions/concerns. This was my first time being a surrogate and the pregnancy didn't go like my other pregnancies, but Samantha was there whenever I had a question or even through the couple times had to go to the hospital for an emergency. My water broke at 30 weeks and she, along with the intended parents, checked on the progress and my well-being while I was away from my family for two weeks. If you enjoy being pregnant and want to help someone start their family or expand their family I highly recommend working with ISC 😊🩷😊🤱🏽🤰🏽👶🏽👶🏽
