After 9 months of working with Dr. Zhou and the PNWF team, I truly can’t say enough positive things about the care we received. From our very first appointment, Dr. Zhou was kind and deeply knowledgeable. She supported us through an incredibly vulnerable and emotional time, always making us feel heard, respected, and informed.nnShe took the time to walk us through every option for our unique situation, answered our many questions, and ensured we felt confident at every step. PNWF is truly the best fertility clinic. I went through IVF and was pregnant my first round with the only ONE embryo I had. A true miracle baby! I can’t thank enough Dr. Massie’s team, and nurses (Anna and Megan) for their amazing support. Dr. Massie is a caring and thoughtful doctor. She held my hand right before one of my surgeries and I’ll never forget that. She answered all my questions and was there through every step of my journey. Anna and Megan were very thorough and always helped me understand the process with my endless questions. IVF is an emotional process but PNWF has an amazing support system that will stand with you through all the bumpy and smooth days..

Avoid at all costs. They failed to document my insurance info despite me providing it during my first call, and my blood test had to be redone due to a processing error. No clear explanation was given, and I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk or lab despite multiple attempts. Basic professionalism and reliability seem to be lacking here.

Went here for over 1 year. Having switched to another fertility clinic and asked for several second opinions nationwide on the next course of treatment, I was extremely saddened to find that the general consensus from other fertility doctors was that at least two out of three of our embryo transfers should have never occurred and that this clinic was overcorrecting or undercorrecting when they should have cancelled. Wish this clinic paid more attention to what was going on with my body instead of cashing in on my payments. Now I have to start over and spend tens of thousands of dollars more due to their errors when I could have given 2 embryos a better shot at implantation if they paid attention. They have too many patients to manage them effectively.nnStars present are for the flexible office hours available, nursing quick communication.nnFront desk never answers the phone but does get back to you eventually.

There is no better clinic out there. From their full-service, high quality lab to their genuinely caring practitioners. Yes, they are busy as infertility rates are rising but they do a fantastic job at giving individualized care to each patient and never leave you feeling alone. You can always get ahold of someone when you need to and they’re more than happy to answer your questions. Physicians always do the big important exams (and of course the surgeries/procedures) and advanced practice providers do other examinations - this was comforting to me. Nurses are available to talk with, give results, and answer questions outside of appointments. My prior two clinics couldn’t find my reason for infertility but PNWF discovered it quickly. I ended up needing IVF and the protocol was so individualized to me and my body. I had 42 eggs retrieved and did not go into OHHS (very impressive). This clinic must be one of the top fertility clinics in the country with how closely they adhere to data of new research and science. I wrote this review before my IVF transfer and before I knew I was pregnant. I’m due in July after my first attempt at IVF. To say I’m impressed by PNWF is an understatement. I will forever be grateful for their attention to detail and their devotion to quality patient care.
