ETA: Unfortunately, I have to change to 1 star. Until RMA can get its stuff together with respect to billing and claims, I can't recommend it. Finance never knows anything about billing and claims. They jerk you around and then finally contact you with people in billing, but they often don't know anything either. After MONTHS of RMA continuing to submit claims to some insurance company I've never heard of, I still have no resolution, despite me providing the correct insurance information multiple times. It's really a shame that someone in management doesn't try to remedy these systemic issues.\n\nETA: Unfortunately have to change my previous review, which is below, from 5 stars down to 4 stars. I've had many issues lately with the finance department, including with them billing the wrong insurance company (for some, not strangely not all, procedures) and with the difficulty in communicating with them. I spent over a month trying to get an answer to a simple question. And RMA also failed to submit claims (for which the deadline is now passed to submit them). Finance is a weak spot at an otherwise great clinic.\n\nPrevious review:\n\nOverall, I had a wonderful experience at RMA. Dr. Gutmann listened carefully to my goals and counseled me expertly on my options. She always made clear that what steps I took were ultimately my choice.\nAt 40, I became pregnant on my first IVF attempt. I am so grateful for all of the help of the physicians and staff.\n\nSome of the staff was less helpful than others; but that's always going to be true at any place you visit/frequent, etc. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the knowledge and patient-centered care of the doctors and the staff.\n\n(And, as to staff, I have to say I was particularly impressed with kindness of both Margot (sp?) and Jen., as well as one of the more senior nurses named Jen).\n\nOne HUGE area for improvement: their app that tracks your results, and e-mail. As to the app, it resets every single cycle so you don't have prior cycle information. Incredibly annoying! As to email, when they force you to use the app to communicate, it's nearly impossible to read because the font is tiny and there is no way to improve it (even increasing phone settings for font size didn't help). Also, when they did have a separate, out-of-app e-mail system, it deleted emails that were just a couple months old, again making it really hard to track progress, find information provided previously, etc. Those things really really need to be fixed. But, in the end, I'm on my way to being a mother so those problems didn't stop me..

Could not recommend more! Consults can be done virtually. Dr. Lang was very clear about our options for each step along the way. Never pressured into an option or to move forward before we were ready. Bloodwork and ultrasound appointments are available in the early morning so I rarely had to miss work. All the practitioners (and all employees) are so kind. We changed insurance mid-treatment and the financial department was very easy to work with to fix small errors. They were also very transparent about coverage/prices before you commit to treatments. We are so happy with our experience and happy to say we now have a beautiful baby boy 🥰

Absolutely amazing experience. RMA took a complicated and stressful process and made it as manageable and smooth as possible. We were successful in conceiving on our first try. Can't say enough good things. I feel incredibly blessed for having found RMA, having previously worked with another fertility center that was highly lacking..

So far so good! I met with Dr Gutman for a consultation and she was very honest and to point--which I sincerely appreciate! I'm still going through the testing phases so can't speak on any procedures. My assigned nurse Jen, has been an absolute angel on earth answering all of my questions. I am always so anxious and she knows how to deal with my hundreds of questions and explains everything so carefully. She truly seems like she cares and wants to be helpful. As a nurse myself, I know how difficult it can be caring for others all day long- so her sincerity and patience is truly valued.
