Founded in 2002 by Dr. John Nichols, Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) is a private infertility clinic, and we are consistently recognized nationally for our exceptional pregnancy success rates. We now have five in-house physicians - Dr. John Nichols, Dr. John Payne, Dr. Travis McCoy, Dr. Edward Tarnawa, and Dr. Karenne Fru - who specialize in advanced infertility treatments including IVF with both partner and donor sperm along with other complex fertility treatments and surgery.

We take a positive, compassionate approach with all of our patients. We know the amount of strength it takes to make this commitment, and we work hand-in-hand with our patients to achieve the result that's right for everyone. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual patient, taking into account, age, lab results, medical history, and personal preference. Our doctors carefully review each case and make recommendations based on all of the gathered information.

Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, our nearly 7,000 square-foot facility contains a Surgical Suite, accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, as well as InVitro Fertilization, Andrology, and Endocrine laboratories. Our practice is the only one in the Southeast with two IVF labs as well as two surgery centers since we obtained Advanced Fertility in Columbia.

Affording fertility treatments is often perceived as overwhelming. However, PREG is a private clinic and offers pricing and financing options that other clinics cannot. We also have financial counselors who are experts in maximizing patients' financial resources and insurance benefits.
