Awful service. Currently in the waiting area and have been here for 4 hours waiting to check in. There's 2 people working the desk and 5 people in the clinic total. Absolutely no excuse for this other than laziness.

While my initial intake was overall pleasant and medical staff appeared kind and respectful, it was my interactions and experiences with the clinics call center that lead me to make this review.\n\nAfter my initial appointment in October, I was scheduled for a follow-up in the third week of January however this appointment was canceled without any reason being given to me in early November. I attempted to call and reschedule immediately but was told that the provider had not published their 2025 schedule yet and that I would need to call back in December. While this was frustrating, I waited and called again in December only to be told the same thing yet again and that I would need to call again in January. As of today, I have been on the phone with the call center roughly 6 or 7 times trying to schedule the same appointment that was cancelled back in November and today, only after practically begging for any possible information, I was told that the call center could have actually scheduled my appointment by calling my provider directly, they just…. didn’t. Now, it is too late to reschedule my original appointment at the Nashville location and I was told to call back next month to see if they could squeeze me in for February, even though my prescription runs out in January. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment at the Memphis location so I will not have to stop my medication for any period hopefully, however I am deeply upset by having to drive across the state because of something like this.\n\nThe experience above does not deal with medical practice or the care I received from Nashville planned parenthood, however the negligence and unhelpful nature of call center staff has made this easily one of the most difficult interactions I’ve ever had in regards to medical treatment.

Even when you show up early to your appointment, it takes 2 hours after your scheduled time to actually be seen. Staff are extremely unprofessional and rude to patients.\n\nThere's no way to call to get in touch with a doctor or nurse, you can only contact the main TN call center who will promise you'll get a call back, but even for serious medical questions you wont hear back from the doctor. If you're transgender, go anywhere else, the doctor Suzanne Adkins has no idea how to safely prescribe HRT.\n\nIn other states, I've had excellent experiences with Planned Parenthoods, this place would probably be good if it actually had funding and staff that were qualified and cared about your health..

I was a walk in that got here not even 5 minutes after they opened. I wanted to set an appointment but the person I spoke to on the phone pushed me to just walkin. There were 3 people already here in front of me. They can’t give you estimates of how long you’ll have to wait or how much you have to pay. They didn’t end up taking the first girl back until an hour and 10 minutes after opening. I didn’t want to give this place a bad review because I know they do a lot to help people but I just cannot understand why this place is run the way it is. I had to leave to go to work before I got anywhere close to being seen, drove 20 minutes here and back for nothing and wasted over an hour of my life. It’s just not fair at all. Only come here if you’re desperate and ONLY if you have the time. Also, there is absolutely zero privacy. The place is so quiet you could here a pin drop, YES everyone hears your business. They could at least play like soft jazz music in the background to sort of muffle stuff. My first experience here was great, I didn’t have to wait that long, they’ve definitely gone downhill since then. What could the doctors/providers possibly be doing in the back for an hour besides taking care of their patients ? It just baffles me..

Waited a long time simply because they’re understaffed but was very worth it. The nurse was kind and made me feel comfortable. The doctor (I believe Adkins) was also extremely cautious and kind, and super thorough as well. I really felt validated in the health issues I was dealing with. It felt like they really wanted to help me figure out what’s going on and find a solution..

Overall terrible experience. They act like they care but when it comes down to it they are just worried about their name and trying to push their agenda. Hopefully, people realize there are better options such as the hope clinic which is just down the road and they take good care of you.

This unfortunately is the kind of place you come to if you don't have any other choice or don't know any better. The wait time for scheduled appointments is excessive(many hours). Scheduling is extremely delayed. From the time that I called for an initial appointment till the appointment was made for my procedure was about a month. When you are dealing with time sensitive issues this is also excessive. The staff is over worked and understaffed.These are often sensitive issues being delt with in need of understanding, empathy and compassion. They cannot offer that because they are just going through their jobs with rote memory and routine . In my situation the office protocol for a procedure I had was not followed. I was called back after my departure . I was made to make an unscheduled return to rectify it because of their mistake on a different day. They are not prompt. They dont pay attention to detail ,so it makes you think. Will they be too busy and understaffed during my medical procedure? Will something get missed or overlooked putting my health at risk? I don't know. It makes you wonder.They provide an important and very necessary service ,however some issues need to be rectified .

Worst experience possible. If I could put 0 stars I honestly would. Went to ale an appointment online, called to make sure it was in and it wasn't. Okay possible technical difficulties. Made the appointment on the phone. Went in and everyone was rude and belittled me and my mother. On the phone they told me a different price than what it actually was. I didn't have the extra 30$ to spend on my visit and refused to see me. Made an appointment in a different town, so they said, called two weeks prior to make sure it was in the system and IT WASNT.
