The staff is non-responsive and impossible to get answers from. They were unable to provide an estimate of the cost for a consultation for me and when my boyfriend tried to schedule testing to pay out-of-pocket they told him he required a referral, and even after getting the referral completely ghosted him. When you're about to spend $10,000 and put your body through hell you need a practice that can actually communicate effectively and unfortunately this is not that place. I assume maybe the nurses/doctors are better since this place overall has great reviews so I don't know how they choose who they provide good care versus completely ignoring, but beware!!

Everybody is nice, polite, and down to business. They are really making an effort to help me, and my husband situation. They are really on top of every thing. This means so much too us. Great clinic. I had my egg retrieval done yesterday and the team was amazing. I have zero complications and feel completely normal today. I can highly recommend Aspire and would choose them again for anything fertility related.

Fertility testing can be one of most scary and nerve wracking experiences for men and women. You would expect the staff to treat all patient communication with the utmost care and compassion but that is not the case here. The staff will only communicate to you through the app and send very generic, template responses. Very disappointing..

While the process can be stressful, it’s great to feel like you’re in good hands. That was my experience with Dr Mansfield and my care team - I felt taken care of at every moment. And it’s even the little things like the person at the front desk remembering my name for check ins and the in person class to let you practice giving yourself shots. Dr Mansfield with her amazing degree of positivity and candor through out the process also made me feel supported even when the process wasn’t going perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m glad that I entrusted Aspire Fertility with my journey.
