I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Kevin and the entire team at Care Fertility Clinic. Thanks to their expertise, compassion, and unwavering support, I now have a 14 month old and one on the way — something I once only dreamed about.\n\nFrom the very first appointment, Dr. Kevin made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. He took the time to explain every step of the process with patience and clarity, and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed. His calm, kind demeanor and genuine care helped ease so much of the anxiety that comes with fertility treatments.\n\nThe entire staff at Care Fertility is just as incredible. Every nurse, receptionist, and coordinator treated me like family. They celebrated every milestone with me and stood by me through every challenge. Their warmth and professionalism made such a difference in my journey.\n\nI will forever be thankful to Dr. Kevin and his amazing team for helping me grow my family. Care Fertility helped me preserve my fertility before cancer treatment! They were gentle and kind with me in a time of extreme vulnerability and fear.\n\nI am thankful that I have eight eggs in storage no matter what happens! I'm also happy to say I am pregnant now! Though I was able to conceive naturally even after chemotherapy, I am confident for my future family!\n\nWorking with Care Fertility was a tremendous blessing to me!.

I’m now pregnant after my first embryo transfer, no invasive surgery, no reproductive issues, but only because I left Care Fertility and went to the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology, thanks to Dr. Saleh. Changing clinics was the best decision I could have made.\n\nAt Care Fertility, I was diagnosed with failed implantation and chronic endometritis, without any clear explanation of how they reached that conclusion. No one ever explained their reasoning to me directly. Instead, I was told I needed a hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy to “ensure the anatomical health” of my uterus. This felt misleading and confusing. How can someone be diagnosed with chronic endometritis without proper testing? And how can I be told I had failed implantation when I had never even underwent an embryo transfer?\n\nWhen I moved to my new clinic, they thoroughly reviewed my records and confirmed that I didn’t have any of the issues Care Fertility had diagnosed. That original diagnosis was simply wrong. It left me wondering if Care Fertility had already decided my cycle would fail, and were preparing a false diagnosis to blame it on me instead of their protocol. It felt like they were setting the stage to shift responsibility if things didn’t work out. It felt like they were preparing for the possibility of doing something wrong. That possibility is not only disturbing. it’s infuriating.\n\nI was also told on two separate occasions, that I had two 4AA embryos. But when I requested the official embryo grading, the records showed one 4AA and one 3BA. I had specifically mentioned the embryo grades they gave me in both email and phone conversations, and no one ever corrected me. It was only when I called out the discrepancy that they finally said, “The embryologist must have misspoken.” That kind of careless communication is unacceptable, especially when patients are making emotional, medical, and financial decisions based on that information.\n\nThey also require you to sign an arbitration agreement before becoming a patient. That felt suspicious to me, like they were more focused on protecting themselves than being accountable to patients. It felt like they were preparing for the possibility of doing something wrong.\n\nPatients trust clinics like this with their bodies, their futures, and their embryos. I left Care Fertility feeling that transparency was lacking—and that critical information was often shared only verbally, without documentation. That made me uncomfortable. It also made me wonder how many other patients might be receiving inaccurate or incomplete information.\n\nIf you’re having doubts about this clinic, trust your instincts and watch for red flags. Save your emails. Ask for everything in writing. You deserve a clinic that’s honest, ethical, and puts your health first.

I switched to Dr. Nackley after a bad experience at another clinic. She came highly recommended by another physician and a patient. She and her staff have been amazing, putting all my concerns at ease. Each staff member has been compassionate and knowledgeable. I can't thank y'all enough for giving us our family and helping us through this difficult process.

Dr. Doody is great but the clinic staff is horrible! They are holding money owed to me for months now due to an insurance claim that I was never made aware of. Even though I have called the clinic repeatedly, they just transfer me to voicemails and never call back. This clinic will do whatever it takes to make extra money, and the hassle of dealing with them is not worth it. Patients going through IVF should not have the added stress of horrible communication and lack of understanding from this clinic.

This is our second baby with CARE & Dr Kathy. We haven’t had it easy, but she was always very supportive and she is incredibly knowledgeable. The staff is always so kind and we never ran into any issues. We have been going to this clinic for 4.5 years and have seen the same faces for the most part which in my opinion is a reflection of the work environment being a positive one. We have gone through losses, which can lead you down a path of the blame game, but the truth is fertility is a difficult profession to be in and they do an excellent job at giving you the best possible chances at building your family! There is no other place we would go and we looked into several before starting. Thank you CARE & Dr Kathy. Bonus- they added a new Dr (Dr Katie Doody) and she is fantastic! Well done CARE & thank you for helping us for so many years achieve our dreams!
