I have never felt more heard by medical staff in my entire life, than I have here! They are very quick, informative, and also empathetic to the very real struggles of infertility. Joy White NP is who I have seen the most of and she has been so, so good to me! I finally feel hopeful in this journey after years and years of being ignored and gaslit by doctors. I love this place and recommend it for anyone having trouble conceiving!

I had a great doctor Mr. Escobar, he was soo nice and sweet to me.. he really listened to me and understood my issues I had conceiving.nThe staff there are WONDERFUL WONDERFUL woman. ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘nnI got pregnant 5 time with them but sadly they all turned into miscarriages of some type (chemicals, ectopic) but noo fault on this clinic or doctors.nlater found out I wasn't the issues but my husband genetic was the problem.nnBut othere then that I loved going in for check up and more. They just made it very east and they was soo helpful at all time.. I wish I could give them a true 10/10.

Worst experience even before the actual experience. I called for remote monitoring she says yes they do and yes they accept insurance. I say perfect let me send my order over. She said she will call me back when they get it. I wait a few hours and nothing. I give them a call. That’s when the I can’t find it part and the long hold came through. She placed me on hold for 45 minutes looking for the order I assume or simply forgot I was on the phone. I hung up and called back another 15 minutes wait. I hung up and headed to the clinic because this can’t be how this business is ran. I get there explain my self Kamila looks as if she can care less as the other lady helps me. A lady in the waiting area says it’s always like this. I apologized to her. Come to find out they don’t accept insurance and this was all a complete waste of my time. Thank GOD a patient at my normal clinic had an emergency and her appointment came available! Thank you so much!!.

This is one of the best fertility clinics in the United States. Before you condemn anyone, clinic or institution, ask yourself if you would have done better facing the same situation as the other.nnInfertility alone is a very unhappy situation and nobody goes to fertility clinic smiling and laughing. These people that work there do their best on daily basis to serve and absorb all these negative energies from frustrated patients. Remember, they are people too, that have their own family problems as well. Be kind to yourself by holding on to your critisms. If you are not happy with the front desk, nurses or someone said something you misunderstood, talk to your doctor, or simply start your own fertility clinic and run it your way.nnLove and compassion is what we are asking everyone to share with one another, and our world will be healed.nnRaphe

Good afternoon,nnI began my exams with the clinic, and the attention I received from Dr. Julian was excellent, as was the service provided by everyone working at the Dallas office. However, I decided to start my treatment at another clinic, and they sent a request for all the records they have for both myself and my husband. This was one month ago. Tomorrow, I have a procedure with them, and they urgently need the records.nnYesterday, I called the Spanish-language line at 214-224-0778, and I was told that the request had been made. Today, when I called the clinic where I am being treated, I was informed that they had not received anything. I called the same number again and spoke with a man named Bernardo Santos, who was extremely rude. He told me that the records had already been sent, but when I asked for confirmation, he told me he did not have it and then asked me for the fax number again. I informed him that I had provided it yesterday but did not have it on hand at the moment. He responded by saying, "Well, I'm asking you for it, and if you don't want to give it to me, that's your problem."nnThis behavior was incredibly disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and requested the supervisor's name, which he provided in a very rude manner, saying, "Do you want me to spell it out for you or say it slowly?"nnThis entire experience has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I simply need my records, and I was met with poor service, a lack of ethics, and no respect. Bernardo Santos should not be working in customer service.nnIn the end, my issue was not resolved. I hope this matter is addressed regarding his conduct.
