Review of Simple Surrogacy from Kenny Juarez
We’ve been working with the agency for almost four years after meeting them at a Men Having Baby Conference in New York City. We had several setbacks with transfers not taking, miscarriages, also differences of opinion with surrogates about getting vaccinated.\n\nHowever throughout the process they have been very supportive. We now have a healthy baby boy!!! Simple Surrogacy is one of the most cost effective agencies we have found across the country, and the value for the investment has been significant. We found the staff to be very attentive to details related to appointments and a resource throughout the process—especially the matching process.\n\nOnce the IVF clinic takes charge of the transfer process, followed by the surrogate’s OBGYN managing the pregnancy, Simple fall into the background as a resource if needed. But I think this is the case with most agencies as very little for them to do except to be there if needed, and we found this to be the case with Simple.\n\nThe matching process did take longer for our last surrogate but it seems this experience is similar across the industry as demand for surrogates exceeds supply. Also prices for agencies have gone up considerably since we first started several years ago. Simple has not seemed to raise their prices as much as others which is a huge plus.\n\nOverall positive experience, but if counting on a relatively fast matching process you may be disappointed. Earlier the start the better is our recommendation..

My partner and I chose Simple Surrogacy after researching many agencies. The biggest factor in our decision was their transparent pricing. Other agencies weren’t nearly as clear, and since we live in California, we also appreciated that Texas was more affordable.\n\nTheir online dashboard is very organized and walks you step-by-step through the entire process: medical, legal, matching, etc. Each completed step gets a checkmark, so you always know where you are and what comes next. They also assign you a coordinator you can contact anytime. Jill, Kristen, and Stephanie were always there to guide us and answer questions.\n\nFinding a surrogate took about a year, which we understand is normal, and she was totally worth the wait. Because of Simple Surrogacy, we now have a beautiful daughter, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We absolutely plan to work with them again in hopes of giving our daughter a sibling. We highly recommend Simple Surrogacy to anyone considering this journey.

I worked with Simple Surrogacy and thanks to this wonderful agency, my son was born on 9/24/25. I had talked with other agencies before signing on with Simple Surrogacy and my suggestion to anyone considering surrogacy is to look no further. This should be your final stop. My very first conversation with owner Stephanie made it clear to me, this was who I wanted to work with. Co owner Kristen worked with me on the financial side and Stephanie worked on matching me with a gestational carrier. It took some time to match me (about a year) but when they did, they found me the **perfect** match; she is truly my angel and super hero. Madison was my program coordinator and she was there for me every step of the way. As an added benefit, Madison also works in the IVF clinic, which is a huge help- more than I even realized. Because of that, I never missed any updates/information, as she had direct access to all needed information. Dr Goldstein (IVF physician) has a great relationship with Simple Surrogacy so everyone is working together to help your journey be successful. I had only two viable embryos and it worked on the first attempt; result of a highly skilled physician and a great gestational carrier. Simple Surrogacy will gladly work with you, whether you are gay, straight, single or a couple. Some agencies say they will work with singles (particularly single gay men) but in reality, they want a partner or couple. Not the case here. Plus costs are generally lower than other agencies; another benefit of working with them. If I ever did a second journey, Simple Surrogacy would be my only choice..

We welcomed our beautiful baby girl with the help of Simple Surrogacy. We couldn’t imagine going through this process without them. We were matched with a truly angelic surrogate, the connection felt natural and we imagine her and her family being part of our lives forever! The road to parenthood was long, but the agency really did help streamline and simplify the daunting process. The coordinators couldn’t be kinder! When we’re ready for a sibling, we will be returning!.

Review of Simple Surrogacy from M Joseph Reef
We had a great experience with Simple Surrogacy from the beginning. We met them at a Men Having Babies conference in NY and they were very informative from the start. We met with Stephanie who provided step by step details about the process and made us feel very comfortable. We wound up selecting Simple and they worked very closely with our fertility clinic. They proivided us a case coordinators who kept us on track with timelines and steps to keep the process moving forward. They took care of connecting our attorneys and financial coordiators. We couldn't be happier with our choice in selecting them and more importantly have kept up with us even after our successful birth to see how our little one is doing. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and care!
