I was seen for painful UTI symptoms, but despite explaining my discomfort, I was told my test was negative and sent home without any treatment. I was advised to see a urologist, but those appointments are booked out weeks in advance. I left still in pain, with no medication or real plan for relief.\n\nUnfortunately, 48 hours later, my symptoms worsened and I ended up in the ER. The ER staff ran tests and found bacteria in my urine immediately. They were surprised I hadn’t been prescribed antibiotics from the start. I was prescribed antibiotics by the ER and feel much better now..

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I was diagnosed with BV and my son accidentally threw out my medication before I had a chance to take it. I called and explained the situation and it’s been 2 days and they have yet to send another prescription to the pharmacy. It literally takes 2 seconds to send over another prescription. So here I am smelly, itchy, and having painful urination because they won’t click a few buttons on the keyboard to send another prescription.

I decided to come here to have my birth control removed after having a super unpleasant experience with my gynecologist last time I needed it replaced. The removal itself was so painless and quick, Stephanie took great care to ease my nerves and distract me by talking about random things. I genuinely appreciated it! Everyone was so friendly and personable, you can tell they’re very passionate about helping others. :)

I had a LEEP procedure done today, and I received the best patient care I've ever had from the nurse and her 2 assistants. Their compassion and competency was overwhelmingly notable, and they are the first medical providers that I genuinely feel are actually worth driving an hour for to be seen by.\n\nThe front desk was okay. They were nice, but definitely not as competent. I don't necessarily mind having to wait longer in a doctor's office (to an extent it's kind of expected) but I don't like not being given updates on when I might actually be seen, or told false wait times when I do ask. The bathroom was a little sketch, and they also gave me misinformation about medication that I could and could not take before my procedure, which made me feel more distrusting of the service I was about to receive. HOWEVER, that does prove even further how incredible the medical providers were, because I definitely came in with an attitude. Truly, they were exceptional.\n\nAnd as per usual for Planned Parenthood, I love that they offer you free supplies and pamphlets to educate you and keep you safe. I gave a bunch to my friend that drove me, since has never had a pap smear. Now, she's going to get one.\nAll in all, I would say it was a very positive experience..

TRULY great service. Helpful, knowledgeable, beyond patient with my plethora of questions. The new center is very nice, and booking appointments online is actually super fast and easy. They work with me being self pay as well, and offer assistance in more ways than one for the community. My "regular" gyno is great, but she takes weeks to get into, (which as we know, isn't practical in a vaginal emergency), I always feel like second rate clientele when seeking non-pregnancy related care (aka, always), they seem to rush me in and out (bc god forbid they stay past 3pm), and who doesn't love being surrounded with life-size ads suggesting I get Botox and lip fillers while naked in fluorescent lighting? Hi - Me. It's the complete opposite vibe at PP, almost as if they... care? Crazy, I know. I wish I would've given them a try years ago. Genuinely grateful to have a Planned Parenthood here.

I was hesitant about going to get new birth control due to me being a new patient and normally, being a new patient, Doctors will require various tests with unnecessary expenses. This location was efficient, private, and so beyond helpful, I cannot recommend this location enough. Even with being a new patient, I was able to get a new method the day of my appointment. The people that work at this location were sweet and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. The nurses were great and friendly. The nurse practitioner was great and friendly. Again, please use this location. Nothing but great thing to say, and I will be returning to this location in the future.

The women here are absolutely wonderful. It was my first time and i was nervous about getting an IUD and they explained my options and allowed me to decide which one would be best. Stephanie was the one who did my procedure and she was amazing. She was very nice and answered all my questions and joked with me. Another nurse, Maddie, stood by my head the whole process and talked to me about college and where i was going to school, and she even offered to hold my hand during the IUD insertion. They made the whole experience very pleasant and i almost want to go back just to talk to them!!! Very thankful i went here. :)

She gave me so much information about the different birth control options and which ones could and could not help my particular issues. It was a lovely experience. I've been going to this clinic for the last few years because I didn't have insurance. I just figured they would be cheaper than an actual doctor but by the time you pay for your visit and all of the unnecessary exams they pressure you to take... It's about the same. Last year I went in for a specific issue that the nurse/doctor couldn't really answer any questions about and decided that just changing the brand of medication I was on would solve the problem. Didn't really bother to give me any kind of insight into what may be happening to my body. Fast forward to this year... I'm out of refills and didn't have $250+ to throw away on unnecessary exams. I called their office because my pharmacy said they put a hold on my BC pills. The first day they gave me the run around and kept stating that it was the pharmacy's fault and I should be able to pick up my prescription the next day. I called the pharmacy the next day and the tech at the pharmacy stated that they sent over a request to get my prescription filled but Planned Parenthood kept declining the request. So I call the office back to figure out what's going on and they again tell me they have no clue what's going on and that the office manager would call the pharmacy and give me a call back once they resolve the issue. The office manager calls me back and demands that I come into the office for my exams and if I didn't come in for my exams... she wouldn't fill my birth control prescription. I told her I didn't have money to do that and if she could fill it for the month... I could come in next month and get all of the necessary exams done. She then decided to question me as if I was addicted to birth control pills or something and told me she couldn't do anything for me until I can afford to come in and to "stack up on pads".
If you are in need of a decent medical provider... these are not the people to turn to! They don't care about your well being. They only care about the money. I ended up going to a doctor and received the best care... finally got some answers and ended up spending less money.

Wow this location is far much better than the ones around my area. The staff are much more attentive and care about explaining everything compared to how the other locations are in Fort Worth, Lewisville , and Plano. The other locations just want you in and out this location is very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Everytime I come here, I am sent away with some dull excuse as to why the nurses all of a sudden can't do their jobs. I can never have a thorough, consistent visit. This facility is not too keen on customer service.
