I am so glad my husband and I found Dr. Reed at IVFMD. She and her staff are amazing. We went in knowing we needed IVF as we had been to other fertility clinics and through lots of other treatments before. We got started right away and everything went so smoothly! They were so nice and helpful the entire time, and thanks to them, we are pregnant with our first baby!

I cannot thank them enough. Go see Dr. Reed!

Review of IVFMD Grapevine from James Myers

We have been to previous fertility clinics and always felt like a number and forced into what the clinics plan was. On day one Shannon made us feel welcome, offered every option possible and spent a long time with us through all of our questions about our situation. She has been amazing through our whole journey and Daisy has been great at getting us appointments around our work schedule, answering questions and sending scripts out on time. Dr. Lee and Dr. Raj did our egg retrieval and embryo transfer and are both experts in their field but also made my wife feel calm during an uneasy time. We are very thankful to everyone involved in helping us get pregnant. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help.

Review of IVFMD Grapevine from Bryen

Dr. Reed and her staff have been the best helping me and my partner on this journey. My situation is a little different than most as I am a transman and made the decision to carry after being on testosterone for 4 years. We did two try’s of IUI and were blessed on the second try. Dr. Reed and staff were very respectful of my pronouns and preferred name. I definitely couldn’t have asked for a better experience with IVFMD. Now if only Dr Reed could deliver our baby 😆

Dr Reed and her team are amazing. By the time I got to Dr Reed's office I had already been through 2 other clinics. Walking into the office was like night and day. The staff was optimistic and hopeful but also realistic. When my pregnancy tests came back positive I think they were almost more excited than I was. Granted, I was having a hard time believing it was happening at last. I'm so thrilled to have had a successful pregnancy and be holding my sweet newborn as I type this out. And I am not sure there could be a higher recommendation than that. 😁😁😁.

I couldn't begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Arya and her staff. She truly went above and beyond for us throughout our IVF journey. Her staff truly cares (I'm looking at you Daisy :) ) and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable through all the ups and down. We will miss seeing our favorite nurses and staff members at IVFMD but are so fortunate to have moved onto our OB for further pregnancy monitoring. Thank you for giving us our miracle!.

Review of IVFMD Grapevine from Shayna D.

Dr. Le did so many negligent things during my time as his patient that I've struggled to write a succinct review summarizing everything. First, he and his so-called insurance coordinator, BT, spent months telling me that my insurance company wasn't possibly going to approve IVF until I went through multiple (and potentially life-threatening) failed IUI cycles. This was 100% incorrect. After months of being unable to even get to IUI due to cysts and/or overstimulated ovaries (not to mentioned a blocked tube that Dr. Le diagnosed but failed to mention presented a risk of ectopic pregnancy), I finally looked into my insurance information myself and found out that IVFMD had gotten it wrong. My insurance would have - and did - approve me to go straight to IVF. I went through months of suffering in an effort to do IUI for nothing.

I also wasted almost $2,500 of my $10,000 lifetime insurance maximum on fertility drugs that Dr. Le prescribed me for the IUI process. Dr. Le's thoughts on this? "Give the drugs to someone else if you don't need them - it's good karma." No, "good karma" would be you reimbursing me for the drugs you had me buy for multiple failed, unnecessary, and reckless IUI attempts. It's not me giving my prescription drugs to other people, which could get me sent to PRISON.

I suffered serious side effects from the medications I was being given, to the point that I needed to inform my employer of what was going on because I was too physically ill to work. Dr. Le repeatedly dismissed my symptoms (extreme lightheadedness and dizziness, to the point it was hard to stand up) as "work stress." He even dismissed my irregular period as the "stress" of being a lawyer, and he was dismissive when I told him my period had been irregular years before I became a lawyer. I finally insisted that he do further testing for a hormone imbalance and stop blaming my symptoms on "stress." He did the testing (saying, "the more you ask, the more we'll test"), and - turns out - I have a genetic endocrine disorder. Even after this diagnosis, Dr. Le minimized my symptoms and actually seemed angry when I asked if he would be willing to prepare FMLA paperwork for me while I went through IVF (the answer was "No! Just let me focus on trying to get you pregnant!"). Dr. Le then tried AGAIN to push me to try IUI EVEN THOUGH I had ANOTHER cyst on my ovaries, despite the fact that he had canceled a prior IUI cycle because I had a cyst on my ovaries. And, again, this is after I told him I wanted to go straight to IVF because my insurance allowed me to do so (and it was financially in my best interest to go straight to IVF anyway and stop wasting my limited insurance coverage on unsuccessful attenpts to do IUI). When I asked for clarification as to why one cyst made it so we couldn't do IUI but another one wasn't a problem, he got angry with me for questioning him and refused to answer. I had expected some kind of distinction as to the relative sizes of the cysts, perhaps, but there was no justification for his negligence.

My experience was so degrading and invalidating, and I'm lucky I had an understanding employer who supported me more than my doctor did. The only "stress" I had during this painful ordeal was caused by IVFMD. This is all not to mention the incompetent staff I had to deal with, but that's another story.

Review of IVFMD Grapevine from Lauren Christopherson

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Reed, Daisy, Eden, Julie, Kayla and the rest of the team at IVFMD. As I'm sure most women dealing with infertility feel, I felt hopeless and emotionally exhausted before I was referred to IVFMD. Once I started working with Dr. Reed, I felt confident and hopeful in the plans she laid forward. Dr. Reed and her team are always so sweet and comforting. She takes time to explain each process and answer questions. I always felt I could call any member of the team if I needed anything. And when I found out I was finally pregnant, they all felt like good friends calling to tell me the good news. I wish I could stay with them throughout my pregnancy but know they have more miracles to work for other women. I will be forever thankful to Dr. Reed and her team for making my dreams of becoming a mother come true..

I don't even know where to start because, I am so thankful for Dr. Reed and her skills!
The minute I met her I knew she would be the one to assist in making my dream come true. She is the most caring, compassionate, professional, and just the best!!! I had gone to another doctor prior to her and it was a whole different experience. She made me feel like I was a human being actually took in consideration if I understand everything and asked if I was in any pain when a procedure was done.
I cannot forget my nurse JULIE she was an Angel! I also had a prior bad experience with another nurse at IVFMD not communicating with me and making sure I had the medications I needed when time came to have them. I had never done this so all this was new to me and Julie made sure I understood and had everything I needed. Julie was also very caring and sweet! Super professional!
To top it off I till this day am still in shocked by how after only 1 transfer and 1 embryo surviving I got pregnant!
I prayed Everyday and of course was postive knowing I was in the best hands!
I am now 32 weeks 3 days and we are so blessed!!!
To anyone out there struggling through infertility I got pregnant through Invitro fertilization been through so much in the past with illnesses but, now I can give a testimony that MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!
Thank you! Dr. Reed and Julie ! I am forever beyond thankful to have found both of you!
