Apparently waiting time is based on what kind of treatment you're coming for. Doesn't make sense! If my appointment was given at 3pm, I should be seen at that time or around that time. Not 1 hour after. Unfortunately had to see all the other patients who just came in, went in first. Please manage better.

Review of Houston Fertility Institute from Tanishia Ashade

I want to take a moment to share my experience with Aspire HFI at the main Women's location on Fannin. Overall, I highly recommend them, and even though I encountered one negative aspect, the exceptional medical team made my journey worthwhile.\n\nDr. Clapp is a true gem. From the very first day we met Dr. Clapp, she has been an absolute sweetheart. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and ensures that you feel informed and supported. Though I primarily interacted with the nursing staff during my visits, Dr. Clapp was always there during the critical moments when I needed her most. I truly appreciate the care and dedication she provided throughout my journey.\n\nAmy is a source of comfort. She is simply the best. Going through IVF—the shots, the emotional weight, and the endless back-and-forth to the clinic—was exhausting. But every visit with Amy felt like a warm embrace. Without even knowing it, she always seemed to offer a hug on the days when I was barely holding it together. Her kindness and support meant the world to me.\n\nAlyssa is so patient and understanding. Alyssa is so sweet and always took the time to listen. Whenever I had questions (and trust me, there were many), she never rushed me off the phone. She let me get everything out of my system, which was so appreciated. I know I can be persistent, but she always handled my concerns with patience and grace.\n\nLeslie is a quiet expert. Do not sleep on her. She may be quiet, but she is a wealth of knowledge. If you're struggling with your shots, ask her for tips—she has plenty of great advice to make the process smoother. She is also kind and very careful during examinations.\n\nOh, Mrs. Sherri. She is such a kind and gentle spirit. Mrs. Sherri was the one who always handled my blood draws, and I can’t thank her enough for her care. She never poked me all over the place, always used the same vein, and made the experience as easy as possible. Beyond that, she was simply kind and humble, and our conversations made my visits a little brighter.\n\nThe only downside to my experience was dealing with the front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, she was often unprofessional, rarely greeted patients, and if she had to discuss anything related to payments or financial obligations, her attitude became even more dismissive. Given that most patients at Aspire are already facing emotionally taxing situations, a welcoming and empathetic front desk experience would make a world of difference. I sincerely hope she receives customer service training in the future or that Aspire finds a another front desk associate.\n\nThat said, don’t let the receptionist deter you from visiting Aspire. Once you get past the front desk, the medical team is phenomenal, and that’s what truly matters. Just say a prayer before going in and keep moving.\n\nI am incredibly grateful for everyone who played a role in my journey. Godspeed to all those on this path—you are in great hands at Aspire HFI.

Review of Houston Fertility Institute from Kathryn Knoblauch

Dr. Maya Kriseman and the entire Aspire team are wonderful! After my husband and I found out we were both carriers of a genetic disorder, Dr. Kriseman assisted us with the process of an IVF cycle, genetic testing and a frozen embryo transfer. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Aspire and Dr. Kriseman to anyone interested in IVF.

Review of Houston Fertility Institute from Emily Padon

At first, the team was responsive in setting up diagnostic testing, but that responsiveness got worse over time. I had a terrible ultrasound experience that stemmed from a miscommunication between myself, my doctor and the nurses - when I declined to receive bloodwork I didn't need, the nurse responded completely unprofessionally. When I called my care coordinator to provide feedback, my call was never returned. My ultrasound experience was so horrible, I immediately sought out a new clinic.
