Let me just say, coming to this location was one of my most positive experiences ever. I had gone to another location for an IUD removal, and was referred here because I needed sedation after that attempt failed. I came into the Portland clinic and was met with confidence that this time would be different. Every single nurse, anesthesiologist, and doctor I spoke with was kind, caring, and made me feel right at home I wish I remembered all their names because they all deserve recognition. Nelly is an absolute SUPERSTAR. Jessica took such great care of me with the sedation. Tatyana and Cat made it a smooth procedure. And when everyone cheered after they got it out I truly felt surrounded by love and care. I can’t recommend this center enough. 100 stars for these guys!

I am so grateful for this clinic! The people working here are such a delight and an absolute gift for our city. I have had to come back a few times, first for a pregnancy complication, then a few IUD complications. And every time I was treated with kindness and respect. The clinicians were gentle and explained the procedures thoroughly, the assistants followed protocols and necessary paperwork effeciantly and considerately and the front desk staff were great too. Special thanks to Tatyana who helped my care along as well as Naomi who was very nice. I hope people continue to understand that Planned Parenthood is about much more than abortions. Reproductive health is part of human health, I have 1 child I love and am able to plan my parenthood accordingly thanks to their assistance. Yes, wait times can be long, but they still got me in quickly when my regular Dr had a month long wait. Also life may throw you some curve balls, but this location and the people working there are here for you when it does.

I love PP and the services they provide and what they stand for but this clinic needs to work out their scheduling. Multiple times I have waited over an hour for a simple depo shot that should have me in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. More than once the clinic is visually near empty, at least in the waiting room, yet still I am waiting for upwards of an hour. Walk in visits should not be pushing back scheduled appointments. I schedule appointments because I have to take time off work to take public transport to get here. I can't be missing multiple hours of my work day for a procedure that takes 3 minutes to complete. This policy is disrespectful and frankly doesn't make any sense. Staff is friendly and services are performed well, but I can't have every visit take up an entire afternoon, with no predictability or notice..

My first appointment at this office was significantly delayed and after vitals, etc I was left waiting in the exam room for a provider for a very long time. My second appointment at this office, I was at least informed that they were running an hour behind schedule before being checked in. I was also informed that they are usually running behind schedule and I should expect this to continue, because they take walk in appointments throughout the day that pushes everything else back. I understand the value of the walk in services, however I completely disagree that walk in visits should be pushing back scheduled appointments. When someone has an appointment, that should be kept rather than being pushed back for walk ins. I scheduled an appointment because I am taking time off work and have other commitments. I can't be waiting around for a schedule that is running an entire hour behind. This policy is very disrespectful to the time of the people that are scheduling appointments..

The entire staff here is amazing. I’m a huge supporter of PP and all that they provide/stand for; and getting an IUD removed and replaced was sooo much smoother than I expected thanks to my very skilled and kind provider. Coming here can be scary and emotional for so many reasons, but I truly felt like I was in great hands and had a listening ear the whole time. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing care..
