We had an amazing experience at IVFMD in Irving! Dr. Le, Shannon, Elle, Daisy and the rest of the staff were always helpful and encouraging through our process. My husband and I really appreciated Dr. Le not just jumping straight to IVF, he exhausted every other option before we ended up finally doing IVF. Our first transfer was successful and we are so grateful! The two hour drive for us was worth it!.

While the IVF journey has been a hard road, the medical staff have been phenomenal to work with. We transferred from another clinic where we had our IUI's and were dissatisfied with the care. At IVFMD we saw the same people every time, which was great. The NP Shannon, and Nurse Daisy have been nothing but an encouragement, and extremely kind to us during the ups and downs of our journey. Every time we left the office after seeing them we felt confident in our treatment plan, and what to expect. Dr. Le and Dr. Raj were great during the egg retrievals and transfers, and its very evident they have a passion to help people. My husband and I cannot recommend working with Shannon any more, IVFMD is blessed to have her on their team (PS someone should give her a raise)!\n\nPros: Seeing the same Doctor/NP every visit was great compared to our last clinic which shuffled us to a different person every appointment, Global fee was helpful so we could have a solid expectation on cost, NP Shannon is so great.\n\nCons: Difficult to get someone to answer the phone, We were cash pay and had a couple billing issues which were difficult to resolve. Billing department needs work..

If I could give more stars, I would! I could not recommend Dr. Le and IVFMD more! Daisy and the entire medical and support staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable, and we really felt supported throughout the entire process. I wish I could remember more names (and not just faces) so I could shout out everyone!\n\nI am now 14weeks 4days pregnant with a baby boy after over four years of trying. My husband and I knew that getting pregnant with PCOS would be an uphill battle, but I couldn't have asked for a better team on my side. Dr. Le and his staff were so uplifting and really helped us navigate through the fertility issues.\n\nA huge thank you to everyone at IVFMD. I will definitely go back when I am ready for baby #2.

We met Dr. Le when we were 7 years married, had miscarried 6 times and were waiting long enough for our miracle. We were referred by Dr. Neal and he swore that he trusts Dr. Le and we won’t be disappointed. We met early April and we are very much encouraged during our meeting. Though I know that the success of every pregnancy depends on so many factors, you can feel his competency and confidence in facing whatever issue I have back then.\n\nWhat I appreciate about him is he is not a textbook doctor but he relied in his experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, that is not even a question. But he challenges his knowledge and is very passionate about breaking myths and boundaries in medicine. As a physician myself, I know how commendable this is and from that moment on, I know I can trust him in the process.\n\nThough I didn’t have any symptoms of endometriosis, he advised that I get laparoscopic hysteroscopy to see possible issues that may be hiding in plain sight. Lo and behold, I have silent endometriosis. I know this affected my pregnancy in the past and might have caused my hormones to go haywire. After the operation, he advised that we rest for the month and resume with our plans after. His plans are very patient-specific. Though I would say - there are instances when I remind him of my history - because I know how hard it is to recall with the many patients a doctor sees. I understood that.\n\nI had failed IUIs but I trust in the timing. Dr. Le would always do ultrasound. Mind you, in other practices, this is a different appointment but for Dr. Le, it is routine practice. He doesn’t over charge beyond the appointment. I have visited other practices that drained our pockets because of charging for ultrasound appointments. He doesn’t. That is very helpful and honestly, something that would bring light and knowledge to every appointment. After almost 6 months of treatment and appointments, I finally fell pregnant. What a joy! And I can’t thank Dr. Le enough for paving the way and helping us achieve our miracle.\n\nNow, my daughter is almost 2. And we are planning to be back for another one. Hopefully we get blessed once again and we get to steward another life.

My trust in him is always reinforced and that's very important. He recently got a new nurse and she's not my favorite... but other staff are amazing!

Dr. Le did so many negligent things during my time as his patient that I've struggled to write a succinct review summarizing everything. First, he and his so-called insurance coordinator, BT, spent months telling me that my insurance company wasn't possibly going to approve IVF until I went through multiple (and potentially life-threatening) failed IUI cycles. This was 100% incorrect. After months of being unable to even get to IUI due to cysts and/or overstimulated ovaries (not to mentioned a blocked tube that Dr. Le diagnosed but failed to mention presented a risk of ectopic pregnancy), I finally looked into my insurance information myself and found out that IVFMD had gotten it wrong. My insurance would have - and did - approve me to go straight to IVF. I went through months of suffering in an effort to do IUI for nothing.

I suffered serious side effects from the medications I was being given, to the point that I needed to inform my employer of what was going on because I was too physically ill to work. Dr. Le repeatedly dismissed my symptoms (extreme lightheadedness and dizziness, to the point it was hard to stand up) as "work stress." He even dismissed my irregular period as the "stress" of being a lawyer, and he was dismissive when I told him my period had been irregular years before I became a lawyer. I finally insisted that he do further testing for a hormone imbalance and stop blaming my symptoms on "stress." He did the testing (saying, "the more you ask, the more we'll test" - wtf?), and - turns out - I have a genetic endocrine disorder. Even after this diagnosis, Dr. Le minimized my symptoms and actually seemed angry when I asked if he would be willing to prepare FMLA paperwork for me while I went through IVF (the answer was "No! Just let me focus on trying to get you pregnant!"). Dr. Le then tried AGAIN to push me to try IUI EVEN THOUGH I had ANOTHER cyst on my ovaries, despite the fact that he had canceled a prior IUI cycle because I had a cyst on my ovaries. And, again, this is after I told him I wanted to go straight to IVF because my insurance allowed me to do so (and it was financially in my best interest to go straight to IVF anyway). When I asked for clarification as to why one cyst made it so we couldn't do IUI but another one wasn't a problem, he got angry with me for questioning him and refused to answer. I had expected some kind of distinction as to the relative sizes of the cysts, perhaps, but there was no justification for his negligence.

My experience was so degrading and invalidating, and I'm lucky I had an understanding employer who supported me more than my doctor did. The only "stress" I had during this painful ordeal was caused by IVFMD. This is all not to mention the incompetent staff I had to deal with, but that's another story.

I was very disappointed with the way the company is run: many nurses and administrative staff are rude and incompetent. They serve as the middleman between patient and the doctor, so there is no way around it. Due to incompetency of the staff, there were multiple problems i had to deal with:
- they recommend to buy expensive hormone medication when it is confirmed you do not need it
- they ask you to come to the office for the ultrasound and staff in the office fails to provide medical care (and call ambulance to do ultrasound in ER)

Another thing that was not expected that doctor refused to provide a medical leave advising that 'emotional stress is outside the scope of the practice'. From my experience, medical leave is mandatory for such type of procedures (especially if OHSS develops), so i had to take vacation for my cycle/procedure.

I would not recommend this clinic. I have been going here for roughly a year and a half. I enjoyed the staff and Dr Le during that time. They have all been very friendly. That being said, one of their staff made an ENORMOUS error which I caught by pure chance. Notice I caught it. NOT the clinic! If I hadn't caught it, my egg retrieval would have been too late (aka the eggs would have been gone!), I would have wasted $12k in medicine, $11k at least on the procedure, countless visits to get to that stage, etc. Their good faith for their error was a $20 Uber ride for my friend to come pick me up on a day we hadn't planned for (which btw, they also did wrong because they originally asked the Uber driver to come to the clinic instead of my friend's home...). I absolutely would not under any circumstance recommend this clinic. I feel bad saying that because I like Dr Le but if you are going to a provider, you expect that provider to be able to do their job effectively. The mistake that happened is so concerning, I'm afraid of even getting more medicine prescribed by the clinic. How on earth do I protect myself in a process that I don't know? That is the clinic's job and they failed! I just thank God for their emergency number nurse on call.
For further perspective, to get back to where I was for a new retrieval would have cost me (out of pocket) at least $15k. (I already spent $5k on this round and let's not even talk about the egg quantity that could have been lost.) Their measly $20 is exactly 0.00013 of that amount or 0.13%. From their error!!!

We made our appointment a month ago. My wife talked to somebody this morning at 8 AM to confirm her appointment. They then sent me a voicemail saying they were canceling our appointment because we were "unconfirmed". They said they called four times. Well we have the proof they didn't. Obviously the Miami offices and Naples offices don't communicate well because we were definitely confirmed at 8 AM this morning. They swiftly canceled our appointment and basically told us it's unfortunate. Not really the way to treat potential customers willing to spend 20K plus for IVF.. I'd recommend going down the road because obviously this place treat you more like a dollar amount rather than a patient

The journey with infertility is tough and there are so many doctors who do not truly care about their patients. When I was referred to Dr. Beverly Reed at IVFMD, she was truly a blessing. The office is clean and the staff are amazing. Dr. Reed has helped me and my husband get answers, develop a plan take steps towards having children. She is thorough, professional and has the heart of a teacher. She is honest and transparent with patients making you feel like she's in the fight with you. If you are searching for a great endocrinologist, you have found one of the best!
