Booking my appointment was super simple and I had to quickly reschedule and was helped immediately. During my visit, the front desk staff was respectful and kind. I had a simple procedure but was nervous and the nurse assisting me was very professional. The clinician who preformed my procedure, Ciara immediately made me feel comfortable and was so personable and funny. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I was so happy with my visit. She offered reassurance and answered all of my questions with ease and even offered advise about things not regarding my visit. I so appreciate the care provided at this facility and will 100 percent recommend to others.

Went in for a last minute check up & was able to get an appointment very fast. Staff is amazing, friendly & so helpful! From checking in to the provider/s to checking out was all a pleasant experience. The clinic & exam rooms are all spacious & super clean. I would definitely recommend for all your healthcare needs. The low cost also surprised me. I was expecting an expensive visit but that was not the case at all. I loved my clinician Ciara Jeffcoat. She was knowledgeable, experienced & explained everything in detail. Bedside manner is subpar..

Everyone I encountered was so kind and respectful, I'm sad that others did not have the same experience I did! The staff was very upfront with everything including costs, resources, paperwork, procedures. The NP I saw in particular was stellar and this location is lucky to have her!.

I showed up and asked to take one basic, common test. I didn't have insurance so I knew I was going to have to pay out of pocket, and the receptionist gave me a price for the visit and the test. After the test and the consultation, I went to check out and the price of the test magically increased by more than a hundred and fifty dollars. I asked what caused the difference from when I walked in. I didn't change what I was doing halfway through the test, I didn't also ask for any additional treatment. This place is marketed as a nonprofit but to me it seems like profit is the only thing they care about. I never got a clear answer on why the price changed, just "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." If you were actually sorry you would honor the estimate you give in the beginning of a transaction with clients. "It's just an estimate" is like saying "we've charged this amount in the past, but we're going to charge you however much we want after you've already gotten your test and consultation because you can't really say no to us at that point." Just put a tip jar next to your register if you really want to guilt people into giving you more money. I'm never suggesting anyone to visit this clinic. This isn't how you do business..
