If I could give zero stars I would! Dr. Gupta and her nurse practitioners are HORRIBLE! They give no information their doctor patient care is non existent. Procedures with them are inhumane they do invasive things that hurt without any warning or communication. They treat you like you’re a government experiment with no feelings. HATE THEM! The only reason I stayed so long was because I was having trouble finding a new OB and needed things done..

Dr. William Salter Jr restored my hope in doctors. Long story short my old OBGYN cancelled my sterilization surgery the week before it was scheduled because she changed her mind and I found it really hard to trust another doctor to do as they promised. But Dr. Salter really went above and beyond.nnIn the original consultation I came prepared with a speech about why I want the surgery and I didn't get 2 sentences in before he agreed to do the surgery. I didn't have to beg I didn't have to plead. I felt truly seen and heard by a doctor. I felt like my opinions and desires to choose what happens to my body was really respected and trusted.nnHe was upfront about the fact there might be a scheduling issue during the pre-op appointment the week before but he assured me that it wouldn't be cancelled just postponed for a very valid and understandable reason.nnDr. Salter is professional, respectful, kind, patient and he has a sense of humor on top of all that!!!nn10/10. 15/10. 115/10 would recommend for anyone who has a need for an OBGYN. I was apprehensive about seeing a male OBGYN but he really takes the cake.

I told dr Gupta the whole pregnancy that after I gave birth, I wanted to have my tubes removed, which I only have one left. I ended up not being able to have a vaginal birth and had to have a C-section and instead of taking The tube, knowing that I wanted to have it taken She left it in and here I am six months Postpartum Still fighting with the office to even have an appointment That I’ve been Telling them the whole Time I wanted we paid this Doctor thousands of dollars On top of what the insurance them To have these issues. I have had multiple Miscarriages in an ectopic pregnancy that had to be removed hence why I only have one tube left. I do not understand why they are trying to make this difficult.

Would not recommend this office. It was all okay for the most of my pregnancy, Dr never really seemed to care though, i was bounced around between her and her NP which the NP is amazing i wish i could’ve just had her back honestly, Dr.Gupta could care less, she didn’t care to answer any questions spent maybe 3 minutes with me in most visits and a lot of the visits that i did see her she’s come in with dirty scrubs or covered in a bunch of liquid looked like she had just gotten done delivering someone’s baby and didn’t even care to change clothes, then towards the end i was told I’d have to pay $3600 for doctors fee to deliver my baby and that wasn’t even a guarantee that she’d be on call to deliver and it was non refundable and non billable to my insurance. Once i said i didn’t plan on using that option I’d just take my chances and deliver at another hospital if that was the case bc i wasn’t even that fond of the hospital next door anyways due to past experiences, i also financially could not afford that, she then discharges me from the clinic in my last 5 weeks of pregnancy to find another OB. I found it incredibly rude and unethical for her to do that..

They do not care about wasting your time. Made new patient appointment but was advised they don’t take my insurance after I arrived. What annoys me is the lady saying they thought they didn’t take my insurance but wanted to see the card when I came in to be sure. I took off work just be refused in person for something they should have verified before I got there. I was already having issues finding providers and they wasted my time with this. Got their info from my insurance company as they were listed as in-network. My insurance called them and advised them they are listed but apparently their office didn’t take proper action on their side. This office apparently does not care about wasting peoples time..
