We are so grateful to Dr. Skora and his team for making our dreams come true. We prayed and hoped to have a family for ten years. After one egg retrieval and one transfer, we are successfully pregnant. The process could not have gone smoother. Thank you to Amber for doing my ultrasounds and being so kind. Thank you to the medical assistants and front desk staff at the Rockwall location for being so encouraging and supportive. My coordinator, Vicky, was a complete Godsend. Her organization and patience helped ease my anxiety, as well as her comforting words. She always responded to any concerns very quickly. The nurses at the surgery center are absolute angels. I cried tears of disappointment when we only retrieved 10 eggs, and they provided support and encouragement. Come to find out, 8 would go on to fertilize and make it to day 5, way surpassing all statistics. The embryologists poured such care and attention into our embryos and we are so grateful for their attention to detail. Dr. Skora is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty with my concerns, as well as his thorough testing. I know this is a long review, so if you make it to the end of this, please know how much we recommend Fertility Specialists of Texas and Dr. Skora for making our dreams of having a baby come true after TEN years..

Positives: The doctors and nurses at the Rockwall and Dallas locations are patient, pleasant and helpful. The facilities are clean, organized and welcoming.\n\nNegatives: The institution seems much more concerned with payment than customer service. When it comes to an outstanding bill, they waste no time in calling about an outstanding bill and reminding you of payments due via call, text and the patient portal. However when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling an appointment, it is very difficult to get in contact with your case worker. If you manage to get a hold of someone, there are precious little appointments available. It is extremely frustrating as a working woman to have to constantly play phone tag about something so serious and timely.\n\nI never write reviews, but with something this important I feel it is necessary so that they can improve and treat their patients better in the future..
