I never write reviews but if you’re new to all this like me, I feel like I need to warn people.nI had a horrible experience every step of the way. My first consultation over the phone Dr. Patel was nice but very pushy on IVF even after explaining why I want to do IUI. Basically acted like IVF is the only option which for my case is very much not true. No one ever had answers to questions and as someone who is going through this for the first time, I needed guidance. They never answer the phone and if they do they tell me they’ll call back and 9/10 they do not call me back. They are not organized at all. I had made multiple trips over an hour away to get there and turns out they scheduled the wrong thing that could not be done or just had me do blood test. They had me do multiple blood test (over a 3 month period blood test is all I did with this office) and no information came from it I never even met the doctor. They seem like they just want money and do not care about anything else. They would schedule me charge me money and I’d never hear from them after that. My last straw was when I had to take off work for a procedure (that my new fertility doctor office said is not needed though this office told me I HAD to do) I called the morning of to make sure we were clear for this procedure since I’ve had wasted trips before. They assured me it would be, I got there and they told me yet again I’d have to come back this is AFTER they took my $354 that they said they could not refund that day even though it wasn’t 5 minutes after they took it. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting for my refund and cannot get call backs. They keep making me wait 30 days for it to be approved and returned. This place seems sketchy and a scam. The only thing I can say that’s positive about this place is the front desk people I’ve talked to have all been very kind. That being said please be cautious and look elsewhere especially if this is a first time experience and you don’t know what you need and don’t because they will charge you and not give you proper guidance. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars and months with this clinic that my new fertility doctor got done in one month with an insemination already done, no unnecessary appointments, fantastic care and guidance. We are really grateful to Dr. Patel for his exceptional treatment plan that helped us conceive at a mature age. He is a very experienced doctor and has an awesome team to support. Jaci, Katie and Lauren have been very helpful and their response time to your queries is exceptional. We could not have chosen any better clinic for our fertility treatment journey. I had a consult and labs and then no call for follow up and no plan... just left waiting. Switching to a different md for Ivf. They have an answering service from India as a third party and if you message on the portal no one answers.
Consult was great but follow ups are non existent. I would go elsewhere.

If it wasn’t for Dr Patel I wouldn’t be a mom. Going through infertility was hard and making the decision to consult a fertility specialist was just as hard. However when I met Dr Patel and his team I was put at ease. They made this process so much easier and because of his expertise I welcomed my miracle baby 2/15/2024. THANK YOU.

I went here for some tests and saw Dr Patel. He did not warn me that one of the tests could be extremely painful. (It isn't for everyone but it is for some.) I literally swore multiple times during the procedure and felt faint as I was leaving. I have read other clinics tell their patients that it can hurt so they can have someone drive them just in case. When I told Dr Patel it hurt in our follow up, he first told me that some people have a lower pain tolerance. (Not the reason I read it hurt others when I researched it!) Then he told me later in the conversation that I should have told him if it hurt. If I have a low pain tolerance, why couldn't you tell? And is swearing really normal during a procedure because I certainly don't go around swearing on a regular basis. When I asked about what further service with them would cost, it was over double what other clinics charge for the same thing. I have since switched clinics.

Still on the fence. Dr Patel is great, the few times I spoke to him, he did well. I agree with the person who says his staff, especially the Nurses are a MESS. Horrible communication skills, terrible feedback, mediocre everything. They are making an already tough process even more depressing, unfortunately I already started so I will try to finish. But don't fall for the nice things they say when you listen to their recordings. Dr Patel's staff need to take communication training, they have none!

I am so glad I found Dr. Patel and nurse Abby, they are a great team, who I feel very comfortable with. I looked at reviews prior to starting IVF, as I knew it would be costly and time consuming and I decided on fertility specialists, which was such a good choice. I had all these ideas in my head of how things would go, but I was very clueless. I had to have my procedure delayed with COVID and other issues but they worked with my schedule and I am finally at the point of transfer. Even if this round does not result in pregnancy I am grateful for their help. Thank you guys!

I was referred to Dr.Patel through a friend to get a second opinion. I had been to another Dr. last year and just never felt comfortable, I wasn't getting the answers I wanted as to why i couldn't get pregnant, all i was getting was an i don't know why but lets push forward with iui or ivf in which i never did because i didn't want to do it for it not to work. Fast forward a year and here I am with Dr.Patel and in 3 visits I have more answers than I had with twice as many with the previous Dr. he told right away I am not a candidate for the IUI and he explained why and explained to me everything he did during the testings, which i truly appreciate how honest he is and thorough. If you're struggling with fertility I HIGHLY recommend going to Dr.Patel you will get the answers you want/deserve & the staff, well they're just as nice as he is. I am so happy i took my friends advice and went to Dr. Patel best decision I made, hopefully within 5-6 months i will be pregnant & my life will be complete!!!

Dr.Patel is so REAL ... what i mean by that is he makes your thought process be at ease. When i came there I was nervous and scared. Jenn made me reassured when she said they take care of everyone and make you feel comfortable. I went back and the ladies were just as sweet. Dr.Patel didn't immediately jump into the same "Lose weight" . Instead he made me feel like we were a TEAM . He even closed with "YOU WILL HAVE A BABY" ... he's a PCOS GOD to me . He is helping me deal with a disease that I never understood! I cannot wait to have my miracle baby here.

We have been married for more than two years and did not get pregnant, so I found this clinic online. I was fortunate to find our doctor as Dr. Goldstein. He first helped us to make a uterine polypectomy, and then did stimulation and IVF treatment, the embryo laboratory here is very reliable, I heard that it is the best in the United States, the doctor's egg retrieval and implant surgery technique is also very good, 24 hours Chinese service is also reassuring, our little baby boy is nine month now and I am very grateful to Goldstein and his team.

If I could give this fertility clinic a higher rating I would. My husband and I moved here from Alabama just a few short months after finding out we couldn't have kids naturally. After some research we booked a consultation with them and fell in love on day 1. Dr. Patel took the time to simply explain everything to us during our consultation. Not once did he make us feel stupid or rushed. During the long and draining process I became close with the office staff from the nurses to the receptionist. They always made me feel comfortable and like family which I feel is extremely important in this process. We are now excitedly expecting our first child next week thanks to the help and expertise of this clinic. HIGHLY recommended, and we will be going back for our second child!
