Planned Parenthood - Spring

I haven't even been able to go in! I called and waited 6 minutes before pressing 1 to stay in the wait but hang up. 3 minutes later a call popped up from them for 5 seconds before being hung up!!!! I called right back and now have been in the call waiting for 13 minutes!!!! This is absolutely unreasonable. If I wanted to wait and have this type of service I would have just gone to get a new driver's license.

i had an appointment at 11 to get my birth control removed, i was in the waiting room for over an hour before anyone even got to me. After they took me to a room, the lady said she would be back in a couple of minutes and i waited again for another 30 minutes. highly do not recommend coming here if you have other things to do because they will take forever..

I had an absolutely *horrendous* experience at Planned Parenthood today. I made this appointment THREE WEEKS ago, and during that time, I asked not once, but TWICE, if I needed a referral from my primary care physician. Each time, I was reassured with a confident, “No, you do not need a referral.” Fast forward to today: after driving over 40 minutes, rearranging my entire schedule, and mentally preparing for this visit, I was greeted at the front desk with a bombshell. The receptionist casually informs me that I DO, in fact, need a referral, and without one, my options were either to fork over $2200 on the spot or simply lose my appointment.nnI was stunned. How could they make such a massive mistake, after *repeatedly* assuring me I was good to go? This level of incompetence is mind-blowing. They completely wasted my time, caused me unnecessary stress, and left me feeling helpless and furious. How can a healthcare provider get something so fundamental wrong? I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone—unless you're prepared to be misled and mistreated..

The absolute most inconsiderate staff working here. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM. I have now sat in this waiting room. It is now 4:30 PM and I still haven't been taken back. I have to be at work at five. I don't understand them using "it's busy" as an excuse?? Then don't over SCHEDULE PEOPLE??????? or have some fucking decency and let people know that they should probably reschedule before driving over an hour away to waste their entire day and making people late to work. This is a straight up shit hole and I just got refunded. I will never be returning in my life. I knew Planned Parenthood was bad, but that is absolutely appalling.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The people in there are all about money! They do not care about you. my first visit they sent off my culture and the lab was closed so I had to come back in and give more samples! The second time I come, they can only take my pee because I was on my period. The third time I come I'm still irritated down there and I asked since it's been so long could you please look at it under the microscope? They proceeded to tell me I will have to pay for an office visit, but this one is just for a swab and it's free! Which isn't free because this is my third time coming up here and every time I have to dig in my purse for money. I've spent about $300 and I have not found out anything and it's been a month! What they're putting me through is super unprofessional! I shouldn't have to wait for a culture to come back when y'all could simply look under a microscope! I was willing to pay the microscope fee, which is $50 but they wanted to add on an office visit. This should've been taken care of the first time around! Avoid this place at all cost!

Definitely further than I wanted to drive, but I needed to see a specific doctor. I was received immediately and was taken back by Miss A. She helped me get situated and I was treated by Dr. B. Both made me feel very welcomed and helped explain exactly what to expect. They were very kind to keep me relaxed and give me as much time as I needed. This visit has been my best to date. I want to thank the staff for being phenomenal in their excellent care and service today..

This place is the worst place you can consider going to.
They always ask you to self pay because their morons people who run the insurance verification department are too lazy to verify your insurance. They say the try to call your insurance but in reality they don't - just want you to self pay. Just unbelievable horrible service. Wasted 2 hours - just left.

This was my first time ever going to Planned Parenthood to get checked and it went the best way I think a doctors visit could've gone. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly from check in to check out. Ms.Naccolaine made me feel very comfortable and let me know what she was doing before she did anything and explained everything to me very well. Overall a very professional establishment and if you're scared to go just know you are in good hands here.

I would give this business 5 stars because when I went it for my appointment the staff and front receptionist were extremely kind and informing. But as I called to get a check up on my test results I had called and Celeste was extremely rude, interrupted when I was talking, didn't care for what I was concerned about. I had explained to her I was just missing one and she was extremely dismissing. I get it takes 5-7 business days but considering I had received all but 1 I was just calling to confirm. Extremely rude and dismissive.

I was treated so kindly by the staff and practitioner during my appointment. I wish I could remember her name-but she really made me feel comfortable. I explained that I sometimes get dizzy with injections but she totally assured me that if I did get dizzy she wouldn't let me faint or fall. From now on this is going to be where I get my appointments!

Every time I come here they have me waiting like 20-30 mins after my appointment. what's the point of the appointment of y'all aren't going to take me at the appointment time? Very inconsiderate and can become an inconvenience to those who scheduled their appointment in order to attend other scheduled events.

Shay is amazing! I screwed up and came a week early for my scheduled appointment, and she squeezed me in 40 minutes later, which gave me the perfect amount of time to have my insurance verified and to fill out the necessary questionnaires. There was zero wait once I was in the room, and Shay and the nurse practitioner were thorough and efficient. What a pleasant experience! This will definitely be my new OB-GYN office.
