I don’t even know where to begin. Dr. Pinto is incredible and has been a blessing every step of the way. He has answered our frantic questions when needed, after hours. He splits his time between different offices so it’s important to have staff that doesn’t miss a beat. Micah and Melissa at the Tyler office have been a dream through our journey. They have made us feel comfortable every visit. Michelle and Vicki are quick to respond to any emails regarding ANYTHING! We are blessed to have the best team with us on this journey and I wouldn’t have it any other way!.
