Everytime i go in for an appointment i end up staying way later than anticipated. Hours even. I've been calling for three days, about three times per day and everytime I'm on hold for about 30 minutes just for them to say no one can pick up the phone.

There was a longer wait time for my appointment but they were short staffed the day I went. For my appointment the CAs were very welcoming and tried to get me seen by the provider as fast as they could. I was able to get what I wanted done without feeling judged. Would come back again.

***posting for friend to protect privacy but to warn others.\n\nThis clinic location, posts “not pregnant” blood results when there is still HGC. The emergency line at this location is disconnected. A friend had to go to the ER after she wasn’t able to get through to the location.\n\nUPDATE:\nShe ended up in the ER AGAIN. She now has THOUSANDS in medical bills. If PP followed through on their end we would've gone back to the clinic and avoided these additional costs.\n\nThanks to the University of Utah Pregnancy Clinic, emergency room, and woman's ward for taking great care of her. I wish I could remember the OB/GYN's name. He gave us his cell after hearing what happened with PP. He answered within 3 rings. The teams there brought her back to 100%.\n\nIf you find yourself in a similar situation, I would go to them for help..

So rude on the phone. I wanted to know more about how planned parenthood runs, and what type of providers work there. I asked nicely. She was very irritated with me for asking. She yelled, “do you want to book an appointment or not?” I think it’s nice that people can get access to affordable healthcare, but it’s disappointing that the service is so bad. I think I have the right to know more about where I’m going, and just because a place is affordable doesn’t mean people should be treated like crap. I am super nervous about getting birth control replaced, now I feel worse.

I would give NO stars, if I could. I was there 10 minutes early for an appointment and sat in the lobby for 55 minutes, a cute white girl showed up 10 min after me and was taken back BEFORE me. I asked why? And I was met with attitude so I walked out. I get a call from the parking lot to say they were "JUST about to call me back"!? I was quoted to take 45min for my appointment by the scheduler. I took an hour off of work for NOTHING, to sit in their lobby !! Do BETTER !

My ex boyfriend is in denial that our daughter is his because he's been going to Planned Parenthood for years get std tests. They don't test for HPV or educate on this to males with their std testing.
I've been diagnosed with HPV. I lost my virginity to my ex boyfriend and he thinks I cheated and our daughter isn't his because Planned Parenthood told
him he was std free.
The medical clinic explained to me that there is no way to test for HPV in guys unless they who warts and most of the time warts are not there even though HPV.
I had to get tested for cancer as I have high-risk HPV. My family is ruined. I went into my first serious relationship as a Virgin. I'm now told I cheated and I'm a slut.
Planned Parenthood gives people the wrong idea that they're std free. They don't educate.
My obgyn had to educate me about what Planned Parenthood missed. My ex boyfriend still thinks these idiots are experts.

I am in awe from this place. I came in at 1:40 pm for a scheduled appointment, well it has been an hour waiting for my appointment, it's currently 2:31 pm and i still have not been called.
I came in for an implant removal and at first i couldn't not get through no matter how many times i called, they just place you on hold bc they're "busy". I drove over to schedule an appointment and as soon as I walked in I saw there was 2 people inside and 3 behind the desk, who blatantly ignored the phone even though they were sitting right there and watching it ring!!!
Lastly, I walked in and spoke to a receptionist about my emergency situation, she said they didn't have any appointment till the end of the month and she did not care that it was an emergency. So i asked where else could i go to get it removed, and she said she doesn't know and that's it. I asked her to ask for me and she said no.
If this is how they treat their patients, i am so sad for the women that come here.
GO TO THE SALT LAKE LOCATION!

Fronts desk staff are always cold; they look bored and unhappy. Once being brought back for your appointment, you should expect to be waiting for about an hour. First appointment I was waiting for nearly 90 minutes, and for the second, 50. The doctor is really nice and caring. Each time she apologized for the wait times, but waiting an hour and seeing the doctor for 5 minutes kind of sucks.

Very bad service receptionist and "manager" where very very rude and refused to provide service due to the fact I brought my son with me they never told me over the phone not to bring anyone . And it was an emergency I needed to get the nexplanon removed since every time I move my arm my heart raises and the stupid emergency rooms won't do it and I drove from wvc for nothing btw im Covid vaccinated and both my son and I where wearing Mask this is a stupid policy imagine being a single mom and not having anyone to watch your kid ....

I came to get my BC that I was told at my visit that they carried. When I got to the desk they told me I had a $10 balance which they tacked on because why wouldn't they have had me when I paid for the visit??? Then after I pay the balance and for the BC I realize it's not the right one. When I ask about it they tell me they don't carry the one I take and that they can't give me money back for the BC I just barely bought. I love planned parenthood I think it's an amazing organization but this location is trash.

I lost my insurance 3 months ago and needed a pap smear due to a abnormal one last year.. I found my closest planned parenthood and went for what i needed. They were so nice and reassuring. They gave me other resources to help while not being insured. And lastly.. They have a sliding fee for services. Awesome calming experience.

I called to schedule a prenatal appointment, those that don't know what that means it pregnancy care. The receptionist didn't know I had to explain it to her. They don't do prenatal care, in fact they don't even have an Obgyn in the office. All planned Parenthood means is birth control and abortions. I'm so sad that these clinic receive state and govt. funding.

I usually wait 45min -1hr every time I visit this location. The staff is usually friendly but doesn't do a very good job at answering questions. I went in to get some testing done and they have yet to give me results going on 2 weeks now. Reaching then via telephone is impossible.
