Review of Procreate Fertility Virginia Beach from Racquel Lavy
I cannot recommend Procreate enough!!! They help me conceive on my first round of letrozole after being unable to get pregnant on my own due to PCOS. My first appointment was in January, i was pregnant in April!!! It is expensive but it is, worth it. The MAs, PAs and Doctors were all wonderful! Vina was there for me when ever i had a issue❤️ Tricia took the best care of me! Thank you all so much ❤️❤️❤️

I will never be able to say enough good things about Procreate!! They were so encouraging and just with me every step of the way on my dream to becoming a mother. I have since moved on to the OBGYN phase and miss them terribly haha I will always be so so thankful for them all, especially Diana, Veena, Stephanie, Angela, Tricia and Kristen. Thank you all so much again for everything and I hope to be in soon to visit!.

Worst fertility clinic by far, Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia!!! Specially in the Chesapeake, VA clinic.\n\nHere are a some, but not all, reasons why I say this:\n\n❌Communication is horrible!\n❌They charge for things we paid out of pocket for as if we aren’t paying attention.\n❌The billing department refuses to talk to us over the phone because “they like things in writing”.\n❌They don’t respond to portal messages\n❌They don’t explain anything thoroughly especially to new patients\n❌The comprehension of emails is as if they just want to respond\n❌We keep getting past due bill in the mail about a vial that has been gone for months\n❌They don’t explain when an appointment will be charged; they just let you walk out of the door and say “you’re good to go!”\n❌The relationships they DONT form is unbelievable. The amount of times one front desk secretary asked my name is so annoying!\n❌One of the doctors would not address Jessica McKinney Savage, my wife when she walked in the room\n❌Staff doesn’t communicate when and how to take medications… (and the list goes on; this isn’t everything!!)\n✅ The ONLY two and best team members was Stacey Seeley and Kim !!! They cared throughout, apologized even if they weren’t the ones who dropped the ball and communicated when needed. And Stacey helped us with creating our baby boy!\n\nAnd I normally don’t post things like this but I am furious that we are still dealing with such an unprofessional work place of such a serious matter that requires so much time, patience, understanding and money ($25K for most)!!!🤬 I WILL be making a video about it to bring awareness to other people trying to conceive!!!! Especially since they (billing department) refuses to give us a call! It’s just not okay..

Review of Procreate Fertility Virginia Beach from Megan Sikkelee
My experience at Procreate Fertility has been a mix of high hopes and deep disappointment. On the positive side, I had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Bocca. She was informative, encouraging, and compassionate—exactly the kind of physician one would hope to find on the emotional journey of fertility treatment. After speaking with her, my husband and I felt hopeful and were seriously considering entrusting Procreate with our care.\n\nUnfortunately, our interactions with the rest of the staff have been frustrating and, frankly, discouraging.\n\nBefore booking our consult, I carefully verified that Procreate was in-network with our insurance and that the consult and initial testing would be covered. I not only confirmed this with my insurance but also called Procreate directly. I was assured—both verbally and in writing via text—that there would be no charge. Based on this assurance, we moved forward with scheduling the consult.\n\nHowever, we were later unexpectedly billed for the consult. While the billing issue is frustrating in itself, it’s only a symptom of a broader problem. Our post-consult experience with the administrative staff has been marked by miscommunication, misquotes, multiple instances of *losing our personal information* (three times, to be exact), and a complete lack of accountability.\n\nMost troubling was our interaction with Megan, who I understand is a manager. Rather than offering any meaningful resolution, her response was dismissive and devoid of the accountability. It left us feeling not just disappointed, but genuinely concerned about the clinic’s ability to handle something as personal and important as fertility logistics. Let it also be known that Megan clearly stated she's run into our same issues before and pointed blame at the Doctor which, needless to say, lacks professionalism.\n\nTo be clear: this is not just about a billing error. When you’re dealing with fertility—and especially handling something as sensitive as your own/your partners genetic material—you need to feel confident that the clinic is ORGANIZED, attentive, and TRUSTWORTHY. After our experience, we could not confidently say that about the staff at Procreate.\n\nWhile Dr. Bocca is wonderful and clearly skilled, the support staff around her does not reflect the same level of professionalism or competence. Due to a lack of trust in Procreates administrative processes—a critical factor when entrusting someone with one of the most important decisions of your life - we decided that we could not move forward with this clinic, and would not recommend them to others.

My experience here was amazing!! You can tell that everyone here truly cares about you and your well being. They were always available to answer any questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors and even the lab techs, everyone was incredible. I will recommend Procreate to anyone..
