BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. HANDS DOWN. Like any normal person I don't particularly enjoy going to clinics. But the Everett planned parenthood treated me so well, that I had to do some thing that I never do, which is make a yelp review. I specifically downloaded the yelp app to share my appreciation for the staff members at the Everett planned parenthood. Upon arrival, I was met by a woman by the name of Leona at the front desk, who was absolutely fantastic. Great personality and so warm and welcoming. I waited a decent amount of time before my name was called by an another staff member by the name of Summer. who was just delightful to be around. This particular staff member helped me in more ways than she would know. I was very nervous about being there, but halfway through our conversation, I realized I was no longer nervous and had almost completely forgotten why I was there. It's extremely refreshing to be around people you can be comfortable with. Especially at a clinic. The second time I had to go to the Everett Planned Parenthood I was met again by a friendly familiar face, Leona at the front desk. Who again made me feel so welcomed. As I waited a reasonable wait time, I was called by another staff member by the name of Kioko. She, like Summer before her, was an absolute pleasure to be around. Great personality and Great work ethic. It was also very comforting to see a variety of different Ethnicities working at the Everett planned parenthood. I myself am from ethnic dissent and it's encouraging and empowering to have people that look like me in a place where not a lot of people expect us to be. I am very proud of my community and I am grateful to have the people at the Everett Planned Parenthood helping those of us in need, Thank you.
