No longer a safe space for people in need!\nI was just rejected from getting help because I couldn't pay 200 up front.\nI've been going to PP for 16 years now and have always been billed and paid the bill that I received and today I was refused service because I couldn't pay them the full amount upfront.\nClaiming its "always been their practice" and (again) in 16 years, it was NEVER the practice to demand payment in full.\nTHEN their responses changed to "well, in order for us to stay open." Ma'am, wtf was PP built on??!!!! Supporting the community and low income individuals WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE.\n\nI am very sorry to everyone experiencing rejection from health clinics during this time. No one should be refused Healthcare because of finances and this sort of gaslighting response i got is NEVER OK..

I typically never write reviews for places of business because truly, I just never feel the need to no matter the experience. However, this experience was absolutely unfathomable to me and I felt the need to speak about it, specifically on the manager who runs this clinic.\n\nThe staff at this location is amazing, truly a one of a kind group of girls practically running this entire clinic by themselves. Went in for an STD test last week and there was one medical assistant I cannot remember the name of who was extremely friendly, personable, re-assuring and knowledgeable on my situation and the treatments that would follow if I tested positive, truly a gem of a person I've never experienced at any other medical facility on the planet.\n\nHowever, immediately after rooming me, the manager, Brita, pulled the medical assistant aside who was assisting me and I could hear her straight up belittling her for... Being too friendly and "loud" (ironic seeing as I could hear her all the way from the exam room)? I just cannot fathom why this location would have high turn-over, truly a mystery to me! The things I heard being said to this sweet girl were beyond nauseating to listen to. Brita needs to be fired immediately, to put it quite bluntly. Horrendous management and the way she talks to her employees is disgusting for lack of a better term. I will never go to this location again knowing it's under her leadership..

She got back to me and sent out a referral with missing information on it and Swedish took 10 days to send it back letting her know what needs to be fixed and she still hasn’t fixed it. This is crazy! Still this is a pretty good place to go get seen if you need medical help. Everyone there is super nice. It would be nice if they could improve their phone system because as of right now it’s ridiculous. you’ll wait on hold for like an hour just for them to hang up.

Absolutely phenomenal experience, per usual. I got my fourth IUD here on Saturday. They have Saturday appointments! Amazing.\n\nI’ve had IUD exchanges at gynecologists offices and at Planned Parenthood, and I always have a better experience at Planned Parenthood. No clinicians do more IUD insertions than they do, they’re simply the best!\n\nMy clinician, Harper, and medical assistant, Rue, were so professional and compassionate. They made sure I understood everything before it happened. They offered me snacks and beverages, a heating pad, and menstrual products to take home after.\n\nI was called back shortly after my appointment time. The clinic was clean and I felt like my privacy was protected throughout my visit.\n\nNo notes! I definitely recommend getting an IUD here.

I was absolutely terrified to get my IUD replaced. My first experience, not at a Planned Parenthood, was quick and rough. This led up to a lot of anxiety come time for replacement, but I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Everyone was calm and comforting and gave me so much more information. I felt safe, cared for, and in great hands. I wish I had come here for my initial insertion as I think if I had, I would have not had so much anxiety for replacement.

Scheduled a time online. Came in to find out I accidentally booked for the next week.
Kyle at the front desk rescheduled me for the next day after I expressed my health concerns.
I've gone to other locations for this company. And I've had some poor, some okay, some exceptional experiences.
This was indeed an exceptional experience. Every concern I had was listened to, even if it sounded silly to me, I was taken seriously. I appreciated the kind hearted nature of this place. Everyone is soft spoken and put me at ease.
By the end of my visit I felt more educated, safe and comfortable in my body once again.
Thank you to the amazing people for providing a service to remember

The 1st time i came here and it was nice. 2nd time it wasnt, if you have an appointment dont expect to just go in, you'll be sitting for 45 minutes lol. With 4 people ahead of you even tho you had an appointment. Which isnt fair because what if people have things to do. Its a waste of my time when all i need is something simple. If you have something to do with your day dont come here. Will have you waiting with other people ahead of you eventho you have an " appointment "

Anyone who has been to a Planned Parenthood knows that it is not always the greatest experience. This location, though, was so pleasant!
Honestly, the staff here- from the front desk to the techs to the Nurse Practitioner- were some of the friendliest I've encountered in all my years of reproductive health appointments. I felt listened to, cared for, and very safe. My services went smoothly and efficiently.
As an added bonus, my wait time was virtually nothing, and I got a discount for paying in full at the end of my appointment.

Sadly, since the front area staff has changed, I do not necessarily feel the same as I did before..
There was really a wonderful group of Customer Service reps who sat at the front a while ago, but it looks like there has been some staffing changes made and not necessarily for the better. Anna is the only person who remains from the prior (good times) front desk staff, and I hope she does not leave like the others.
The people who now occupy the front desk area act as if you are bothering them with your being there. They are too concerned with personal conversations, that they do not acknowledge you in a timely manner. It does not feel as warm and welcoming as before. If it were not for the doctors and nurses that still work at this location, I would likely not come here anymore.
My last visit, the young woman working the front desk heard something I said to the person who was checking me out, and she outright made a face.. She was not involved in my conversation with the person I was checking out with, and yet you felt the need to interject with a (very animated) face. How unbelievably unprofessional. Planned Parenthood is NOT the place to feel judged by the front desk staff, period, and yet here we are.
I left with a pit in my stomach, and this is not something I would have said a while ago, since I have had nothing but positive feedback for this location.
My 3-Star review is only being given for the doctors I visit, the wonderful nurses that take care of me and Anna. No longer a 5-star.

I've been here for 7 years. Things has definitely changed over time. The staffs now do not have any customer service skills. The staffs before were so energetic and friendly. And now, every time I come in for my appointment they would tell me I would need things done when I've already got it done in my last appointment. Very unorganized! I also didn't have to wait for more than 30mins to get my birth control before. Might start going to a different Planned Parenthood..

I have come here for years and every time I am disappointed. The front desk staff is always so unwelcoming and have an unfriendly demeanor. I am un able to fill in a prescription for birth control but have no problem at other locations. This location is the closest to me but I always find myself driving further to other PP to get friendly services. The only staff that does an exceptional job is the nurse practitioner and physician. You guys need to train your front desk for a more welcoming and efficient demeanor.
