The 5 stars go to antigo Clinic including the Phlobotomist and Dr. Trecartin.nAspirus gets zero stars for communication skills. Their auto bot answering service is ridiculous. Often the choices that the autobot gives you is not what you want. If you don’t pick from their limited selections, they hang up on you. The Aspirus app is difficult to navigate. Any requests take 3 to 5 business days. You are advised to call 911 in case of an emergency over and over and over again. It’s absolutely ridiculous!.

Went here for strep throat. The visit itself was fine until I got the $900 bill. My insurance says I owe them a $25 copay but they insist I owe them for all the labs they ran not covered by insurance, including some $800 for a Covid test. It's a complete and total scam, $800 for a covid test they know no insurance will cover! I didn't ask for it, they just ran a bunch of tests and ended up determining I had strep and sent me on my way with an antibiotic.nLong story short this place is trying to rob you, and don't let them give you a covid test unless you want to be charged $800. They know what they're doing..

Although the billing office workers aren’t very kind to people, I have to say that Andrea Pennington and her staff are the best of the best out there! I would give them a 20 out of 10! Definitely recommend you go to the lower level staff at Aspirus Antigo Clinic for care. Such a great place. And the Salad at lunch that you can order the way you want at the Cafe is totally well worth it! You get a good mount of everything including your proteins in it. Wow! Also the meals are never disappointing as there’s much to choose from and the flavor of the food is so good!!!!! Yum yum!!!

Though I was a last minute addition to the schedule, I got right in. Dr Deep took all the time she needed to understand my situation and determine the best way to treat it. I am so thankful to have her as my doctor.
