At Instituto Bernabeu we want to make it easier for women who want to be a mother without a partner. That is why we give away this Guide, which can be downloaded free of charge, to help you in your life project of undertaking motherhood alone. 

Social changes especially in the workplace mean that many women are finding themselves at the end of their reproductive age and without a stable enough relationship in order to take on the commitment of having a child.

Nowadays we have to face many conflicts caused by the breakup of couples with children. We should add, however, a social acceptance for single mothers since a previous disapproval was replaced by understanding and, in many cases, admiration towards this personal choice.
