The FCB stands for a personal and high-quality approach to fertility problems in couples and singles who do not spontaneously conceive. We connect university knowledge with an accessible and patient-friendly fertility clinic. In 2020, the FCB received recognition as a Center for Reproductive Medicine type A. This means that we can offer all examinations and treatments in collaboration with an Approved B center. In concrete terms, this means that from now on we can also perform egg aspirations in our day hospital in addition to insemination treatments. Follicular fluids and semen samples are transferred to the Leuven University Fertility Center for fertilization and embryo culture. Embryo transfers take place at the University Hospital but are performed by the FCB doctor. We work according to a care process. A single care trajectory is a structured way of working that clearly explains how we plan the examinations and carry out the treatments. We keep track of results and closely monitor the flocks throughout the entire process. 

We work in a small team of doctors and midwives. You will soon get to know everyone. Procedures planned in the university hospital are performed by our doctors, so you will always see a familiar face. Psychological counseling is offered where necessary.
