Upon requesting an appointment with a doctor the reception person started to debate with me over the phone if we need a treatment or not, and about our age a medical condition. We wanted an appointment with a doctor not with a receptionist. And this for a self-payment appointment. Extremely unprofessional first contact with patients on very sensitive medical issues.
